Abstract

Предлагаются новые соединения общей формулы I, где заместитель Rвыбирается из алкила, алкокси-, алкенилокси-, арилалкокси-, алкилтио- и алкенилтиогрупп, заместитель Rвыбирается из атома галогена, гидроксигруппы, алкила, алкокси-, алкенилокси-, алкилтио-, алкенилтио-, алкиламиногрупп, трифторметильной, циано-, нитро-, алкилсульфинильной, алкилсульфонильной и ацильной групп, заместители Rи Rили независимо друг от друга представляют собой алкил или алкенил или вместе образуют гетероциклическую систему с атомом азота, необязательно содержащую один или более дополнительных гетероатомов, а также их фармацевтически приемлемые соли. Также предлагается использование этих соединений в качестве терапевтических агентов, особенно в качестве агентов для контроля мочеиспускания, и для получения лекарства, контролирующего мочеиспускание. Кроме того, предлагаются фармацевтические композиции, содержащие эти соединения, и способы получения новых соединений.

Claims (1)

  1. Предлагаются новые соединения общей формулы I, где заместитель R1 выбирается из алкила, алкокси-, алкенилокси-, арилалкокси-, алкилтио- и алкенилтиогрупп, заместитель R2 выбирается из атома галогена, гидроксигруппы, алкила, алкокси-, алкенилокси-, алкилтио-, алкенилтио-, алкиламиногрупп, трифторметильной, циано-, нитро-, алкилсульфинильной, алкилсульфонильной и ацильной групп, заместители R3 и R4 или независимо друг от друга представляют собой алкил или алкенил или вместе образуют гетероциклическую систему с атомом азота, необязательно содержащую один или более дополнительных гетероатомов, а также их фармацевтически приемлемые соли. Также предлагается использование этих соединений в качестве терапевтических агентов, особенно в качестве агентов для контроля мочеиспускания, и для получения лекарства, контролирующего мочеиспускание. Кроме того, предлагаются фармацевтические композиции, содержащие эти соединения, и способы получения новых соединений.
