Изобретение относится к области медицины, в частности к ортопедии, и может быть использовано при хирургическом лечении плоско-вальгусной деформации стоп у детей. Способ лечения заключается в остеотомии пяточной и кубовидной костей с внедрением в рассчепы трансплантатов. Задачей изобретения является повышение эффективности лечения за счет устранения деформации, сохраняя анатомические соотношения, при этом увеличивается площадь опоры стопы и ее рессорная функция.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics, and can be used in the surgical treatment of flat-valgus deformity of the feet in children.
