Abstract

FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy, method is used for poor sulfide copper-nickel ores processing and noble metals chemical analysis. SUBSTANCE: method provides, that flotation benefication of ground ore is carried out till provision of 19 -20 mass % share of non-ferrous metals and iron in sulfide non-ferrous metals concentrate and 55 - 60 g/t share of platinum group metals. As flux, that together with ore concentrate is component of charge composition, they use carbonatite in amount of 30 - 32 % of charge mass. Charge heat to produce matte is carried out under temperature of 1300 - 1350 C in inert atmosphere of argon or in low reducing atmosphere of nitrogen with iron keeping to produce matte with following its transition in solution during lixiviation of matte. Separated from matte slag smelt is granulated, ground to specific surface of 2500 - 3000 cm<M^>2<D>/g and used as binder of portland cement. EFFECT: method allows to decrease losses of nonferrous and noble metals and iron in slags, consumption of flowing reactants and to avoid exhausted gasses from pollution with sulfur dioxide. 2 cl, 2 tbl

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that flotation concentration of the crushed ore is carried out to ensure that the ore concentrate contains sulfides of non-ferrous metals and iron 19-20 wt.% And metals of the platinum group 55-60 g / t, and as a flux, which is included along with the ore concentrate in the composition of the mixture, carbonatite is used in an amount of 30-32% by weight of the mixture. The smelting of the charge on the matte is carried out at 1300-1350 ° C in an inert atmosphere of argon or a weakly reducing atmosphere of nitrogen with the retention of iron in the matte and its subsequent transfer to the solution when the matte is leached. Separated from matte, the slag melt is granulated, crushed to a specific surface of 2500-3000 cm 2 / g and used as a cementitious Portland cement. The technical result achieved is to reduce the loss of non-ferrous and noble metals and iron in slag, to reduce the consumption of flotation reagents and to eliminate flue gas pollution with sulfur dioxide.
