Изобретение относится к медицине и может быть использовано в анестезиологии-реаниматологии и хирургии. Цель изобретения - создание более стабильной антистрессорной защиты у хирургических больных. Способ включает использование наркотических анальгетиков - промедола 1% 1,0 - 2,0 мл, фентанила 0,005% 1,0 - 2,0 мл через 20 мин, ваголитика - атропина 0,1% 0,5 - 1,0 мл, антигистаминного препарата 1% - димедрола 0,5 - 1,5 мл, малого транквилизатора-реланиума, седуксена 0,5% 0,5 - 1,5 мл, барбитурата - тиопентала натрия 1% - 300 - 400 мг, миорелаксантов - дитилина 2% - 5 - 10 мл, ардуана 2 - 4 мг, закисно-кислородной смеси (2 : 1). Новым в способе является то, что больному дополнительно в предоперационном периоде внутримышечно вводят гаглиоблокатор - пентамин 5% 0,5 - 1,0 мл, альфа-адренолитик - пирроксан 1% 0,5 - 1,0 мл и бета-адренолитик - обзидан 0,1% 0,5 - 1,0 мл, во время операции капельно вводят альфа-адренолитик - пирроксан 1% - 0,5 - 1,0, ганглиоблокатор - пентамин дробно по 5 - 15 мг в общей дозе 1 - 1,5 мг/кг, после операции в течение 5 - 7 дней внутримышечно пентамин 5% (0,5 - 1,0) х 4 раза, пирроксан 1% (0,5 - 1,0) х 3 раза, обзидан 0,1% (0,5 - 1,0) мл х 3 раза.The invention relates to medicine and can be used in anesthesiology-resuscitation and surgery.
