Гиноидная липодистрофия представляет собой невоспалительные структурные изменения подкожно-жировой клетчатки у женщин, ключевым звеном в развитии которых является локальная гипертрофия адипоцитов (клеток жировой ткани). Для достижения указанного технического результата предложно использовать разработанный способ лечения гиноидной липодистрофии. Клинический случай 1: Пациентка В., 36 лет. Обратилась на прием с жалобой на эстетический дефект кожи бедер и ягодиц, проявляющийся неровностями в виде «апельсиновой корки». Анамнез заболевания: данное состояние появилось в возрасте 14-15 лет, с течением жизни усугублялось, при этом вес пациентки не претерпевал значимых колебаний (+/- 4 кг). Анамнез жизни: беременностей не было. Хронические заболевания: гиперацидный гастрит (ремиссия), сезонный аллергический ринит. Пациентка ведет активный образ жизни, регулярно занимается спортом, вредные привычки отсутствуют. Многочисленные попытки улучшить данное состояние с использованием массажей, аппаратных процедур (лимфодренажная и прессотерапия), курсов гидротерапии (душ Шарко), занятия с тренером в спортзале к видимым результатам не приводили. В возрасте 23 лет перенесла ДТП, в результате которого получила множественные травмы костей и внутренних органов, проводился остеосинтез нижних конечностей на аппарате Илизарова, имеется большое количество рубцов, в том числе в области бедер. Пациентка ведет активный образ жизни, регулярно занимается спортом, вредные привычки отсутствуют. Многочисленные попытки улучшить данное состояние с помощью массажей, аппаратных процедур (лимфодренажная и прессотерапия), курсов гидротерапии (душ Шарко), занятия с тренером в спортзале к видимым результатам не приводили. В связи с сохранением жалоб пациентка обратилась на прием с целью проведения процедуры туннелизации. Диагноз: гиноидная липодистрофия 2-3 стадии. Лечение: процедура туннелизации однократно. Процедуру проводили по методике, изложенной в формуле изобретения. Результаты: разглаживание рельефа кожи в области бедер и ягодиц, устранение натяжения кожи в области имеющихся рубцов, улучшение кровообращения нижних конечностей, проявляющееся повышением локальной температуры в зонах, которые подвергались лечению, уменьшение отечности голеней, изменение окраски кожи бедер и ягодиц с бледно-желтой до розовой. Клинический случай 2: Пациентка О., 43 года. Обратилась на прием с жалобой на эстетический дефект кожи бедер и ягодиц, проявляющийся неровностями в виде «брусчатки», бледный цвет, более низкую температуру кожи в данной области, по сравнению с другими частями тела. Анамнез заболевания: данное состояние появилось в возрасте 13-14 лет, с течением жизни усугублялось. Вес пациентки увеличился на 11 кг, по сравнению с периодом пубертата. Во время беременности ситуация ухудшилась и после рождения ребенка не вернулась к прежнему состоянию. Анамнез жизни: беременность 1, роды путем операции кесарева сечения. Хронические заболевания: миопия средней степени.
