SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, specifically to devices for packing extracted products, their single brewing and consumption. Objective of present invention is providing purity of consumable product with increased convenience and comfort of its consumption. Technical result is achieved due to that in disposable device for packaging, brewing and consumption tea, coffee, cocoa and other beverages, comprising a water permeable sachet with weighed portion of extractable substance therein, placed in a disposable cup, as well as a label made from a half-folded plate with formation of a fold with information on extractable substance and a thread, binding sachet with label, additionally plate ends of label are made with slots and are bent outward in opposite directions from places of their formed bend, wherein points of formed bends of ends of plate of label are attached to each other so that plate forms a closed space, used as to accommodate sachet with an extractible substance when packed into a box for implementation, and for further arrangement in closed space of plate of a disposable cup with sachet with extractible substance released therein from space of plate with possibility of tight gripping of upper part of said cup with plate of label, and formation thereof by bent ends with slots of handle holding cup in hand.

EFFECT: technical result, which enables to solve this task, consists in creation of a label, providing by its structure elimination of direct contact of consumer of extractable product with sachet in recess from package and subsequent laying in disposable cup, and with cup itself after filling thereof with hot product during consumption.

Description

The invention relates to the field of food industry, namely, devices for packaging extracted products, their brewing and use.

Known disposable device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks based on them, containing a moisture-permeable bag with a metered portion of extractable substance placed in it, placed in a disposable cup, as well as a label in bent in half with a formed fold plate with information about extractable substance and the thread connecting the bag with the label (Utility Model Patent No. 47625, IPC A23F 3/00, publ. September 10, 2005).

The use of such a device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks based on them allows you to eliminate the direct contact of the consumer of the extracted product with the bag with a label and thread when removing the bag from the package and then placing it in a disposable cup, thereby ensuring cleanliness this bag and, as a result, the purity of the finished product.

The disadvantage of this known device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks based on them is the slip of the label inside the glass during pouring boiling water into it, due to the absence on the label of parts for attaching it to a disposable glass, as well as direct contact with the consumer’s hands extractable product with a cup, causing uncomfortable retention of the cup with the hot product in hand.

The closest in technical essence is a disposable device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks based on them, containing a moisture-permeable bag with a metered portion of extractable substance placed in it, placed in a disposable cup, as well as a label made in half bent with formed by folding the plate with information about the extracted substance and the thread connecting the bag with the label (RF Patent for utility model No. 53262 publ. 05/10/2006).

The implementation of this device with a label from a plate bent in half, worn on top of the edge of the disposable cup, passing its opposite parts on different surfaces of the cup, avoids slipping the label inside the cup.

The disadvantage of this closest to the claimed device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks based on them is the direct contact of the consumer's hand with the extracted product with a glass, which causes uncomfortable holding the glass with a hot product in his hand.

The task of the invention is to ensure the purity of the consumed product while increasing the convenience and comfort of its consumption.

The technical result that allows us to solve this problem is to create a label that ensures that its design eliminates direct contact of the consumer of the product to be extracted, both with the bag when it is removed from the package and then put into a disposable cup, and with the cup itself after it is filled with hot product when consumed.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in a disposable device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa and other drinks containing a moisture-permeable bag with a metered portion of extractable substance placed in it, placed in a disposable cup, as well as a label in half bent with a formed fold plates with information about the extracted substance and the thread connecting the bag with the label, in addition, the ends of the label plate are made with slots and bent outward in opposite directions t of places of their formed bend, while the places of formed bends of the ends of the label plate are fastened together to form a closed space by the plate itself, used both to place a bag of extractable substance in it when it is packaged in a box for sale, and for subsequent placement in this closed the space of the plate of a disposable cup with a bag of extractable substance dropped into it from this space of the plate with the possibility of tight coverage of the upper part of this cup label plate, and the formation of its unbent ends with slots of the handle to hold the cup in his hand.

The connection of the stitching places of the bend of the ends of the label plate allows you to simplify the manufacturing technology of the device by using the same equipment to form a bag and connecting the places of the bend of the ends of the label plate, which forms the closed space by the plate itself.

The connection with one thread connecting the bag with the places of bending of the ends of the label plate allows to increase the reliability of the device by increasing the strength of their connection.

The implementation of the label from a dense pulp and paper material allows us to simplify the printing of printed information on it and reduce the cost of its production.

The implementation of the label from laminated cardboard or polymeric material allows you to protect the label from moisture, eliminating its getting wet and ensuring its reliability while holding the cup with the finished hot product.

The implementation of the silver-plated yarn allows you to increase the efficiency of using the proposed technical solution by increasing the bactericidal nature of the finished product both in hot and chilled conditions, especially since the silver-plated yarn spools are manufactured by the textile industry and are inexpensive (currently silver-plated tinsel yarn is produced by the industry according to TU 3469 -004-003041-60-01).

A disposable device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa and other drinks includes a moisture-permeable bag 1 (Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5) with a metered portion of extractable substance 2 placed in it, as well as a label from a plate bent in half 3 applied to it with information about the extractable substance and the ends 4 and 5, each with its own slot 6 (Fig. 4) and thread 7, connecting the label 3 with the bag 1. The label plate 3 is bent in half, and the place of folding 8 (Fig. 1 and 2) formed. Each end 4 and 5 (Fig. 4) of the label plate 3 has a slot 6 and is bent outward in opposite directions, and the places of their formed folds 9 and 10 (Fig. 3) are connected by a thread 7 to form a closed space 11 by the plate 3 itself as for placing a bag 1 in it when packing it in a box for selling a product (not shown), and for subsequent placement in this closed space of the plate 3 of a disposable cup 12 with the bag 1 dropped into it with extractable substance 2 with the possibility of tight coverage of the upper part of it about the cup 12 with the label plate 3 and the formation of its unbent ends 4 and 5 with slots 6 of the handle for holding the cup 12 in the hand (Fig. 5).

Make the claimed device as follows.

First, a label is made from a plate 3, for which its template is pre-cut so that the shape of the finished label 3 and its dimensions can simultaneously meet two requirements, namely:

a) eliminating direct contact of the consumer of the extracted product with the bag when he removes this bag from the package and then puts it in a glass;

b) eliminating direct contact of the consumer of the extracted product with a glass when using the product.

According to the made template from a flat sheet, the shape of the label 3 is stamped, obtaining a plate with slots 6 at the ends 4 and 5 (Fig. 4). After that, the label plate 3 is folded (Fig. 1, 2 and 3) in half, forming the place of its bend 8. Then its ends 4 and 5 are bent outward in the opposite directions with slots 6, forming the places of their bends 9, 10, and the latter are connected with a thread 7, connecting them to the bag 1, thus forming a closed space 11 inside the label plate 3.

At the same time, the places of the bends of the ends of the plate 9 and 10 can be sewn with a separate thread that is not connected with the bag, and the thread connecting the label with the bag can be fixed on one of the ends of the plate 3 (Fig. 2), which will allow the consumer to use the same bag again with the same extractable substance, tearing it beyond the end of the used plate 3 labels.

The bag with the extracted substance is put into the closed space 11 of the label plate 3 and, holding it in the hand by the outer sides of the label plate 3, the ready-to-use device is placed in a packaging box (not shown) for its implementation in it together with other similar devices.

Use the inventive device as follows.

To infuse the extractable substance in the bag with the fingers of the packaging box (not shown), pull out the inventive device, holding it in the hand by the outer sides of the label plate 3, thereby eliminating direct contact with the bag of the consumer's hands of the product being extracted.

Then, the claimed device is brought to a pre-prepared disposable cup 12 and, supporting it from above on the edge of the cup, is released, revealing the closed space of the label plate 3, while the bag 1 slides out of it under its own weight and falls inside the cup 12.

After that, they put on top of the cup 12 (Fig. 5) the plate of the label 3 until it tightly covers its upper part and forms handles on it to hold the cup in hand, unbending its bent ends 4 and 5 with slots 6, thus eliminating the direct contact of the consumer of the extracted product with a glass. Then pour boiling water into a glass. After using the product, the cup with the device on it is either thrown away or left for subsequent brewing, for example, when preparing an herbal drink.

Thus, the created technical solution “Disposable device for packaging, brewing and consuming tea, coffee, cocoa and other drinks”, due to the combination of its essential features reflected in the utility model formula, allows to eliminate direct contact of the consumer of the extracted product with both the bag and with the cup itself after it is filled with a hot product when consumed due to the connection between the bending places of the ends of the label plate with the formation of the closed space used for placing a bag of extractable substance in it when packing it in a box for sale, and for subsequent placement in this closed space of a plate of a disposable cup with a bag of extractable substance dropped into it from this space of the plate with the possibility of tight coverage of the upper part of this cup with the label plate and serving as a handle for holding the cup bent outward in opposite directions from the places of their bending with the ends of the plate bent in half bast with slots.

The proposed disposable device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa and other drinks has been tested and is ready for release at the applicant’s enterprise.

A disposable device for packaging, brewing and drinking tea, coffee, cocoa and other drinks, containing a moisture-permeable bag with a metered portion of extractable substance placed in it, placed in a disposable cup, as well as a label in half bent with a formed plate bend with information about the extractable the substance and the thread connecting the bag with the label, characterized in that the ends of the label plate are made with slots and bent outward in opposite directions from the places of their formed fold, this, the places of the formed bends of the ends of the label plate are fastened together to form a closed space by the plate itself, used both to place a bag of extractable substance in it when packing it in a box for sale, and to subsequently place a disposable cup plate in this closed space into it from this space of the plate with a bag of extractable substance with the possibility of tight coverage of the upper part of this glass with the label plate, and its formation straightened ends with slots in the handle to hold the cup in hand. 2. The disposable device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bend points of the ends of the label plate are sewn with a thread connecting it to the bag. 3.
