The utility model relates to disposable packaging of tea and other instant-brewed products in bags equipped with individual packaging shells associated with label holders.

In this case, one side of the holder plate is made with an adhesive layer on the inside of the package with the possibility of fixing the package when folded. The proposed invention provides improved performance properties of the design of the bag, due to the fact that in addition to providing the possibility of fixing the holder on the outer surface of the wall of the container, the proposed design provides reliable fixation of the package in which the tea bag is placed, as well as to improve the usability of tea bags with individual packaging. However, applying an additional layer to the holder complicates the manufacturing technology of the package and contributes to a significant increase in the cost of production.

The objective of the utility model is to ensure the fixation of the bag on the dishes and increase the convenience of using them by changing the shape of the holder itself, as well as increasing the attractiveness of the process of tea drinking and other drinks in tea bags.

The problem is solved by the holder of the tea bag, which is a figured plate, to which a tea bag (coffee, a set of herbs) is attached directly to the holder using a paper clip (staples) or by means of a flexible connection in the form of a thread, characterized in that the figured plate is made of flexible material and has a cross-shaped shape, the upper vertical part of which is made in the form of an oval or circle, and the horizontal parts that act as gripping elements are located in relation to the vertical part at an angle from 5 to 145 degrees and having a length greater than the width of the tea bag.

At the same time, the width of the tea bag is equal to the width of the vertical part of the holder.

In addition, a double-sided image of a real or literary character (hero) is applied to the plate, whose hands or feet are depicted on gripping elements.

The holder design is shown in Figure 1 (a - fastening form - paper clip, b - fastening form - thread, c - general view in a specific artistic performance), where:

1 - bracket, 2 - horizontal parts of the plate, acting as gripping elements, 3 - tea bag.

The plate may be made of thick paper, thin cardboard, plastic or other flexible material.

With the help of flexible gripping elements, the holder is attached or mounted on the rim of the dishes, into which the teabag is lowered, while the gripping elements are on the outside of the dishes, and the lower vertical part of the plate with the bag is inside. When the holder grips are at an angle to the vertical than 90 degrees, vertical cuts are made on them, which allow the holder to be held on the rim of a mug, glass or cup.

After using the bag, the holder can be easily detached from the dishes.

The gripping elements most often depict the arms or legs of a literary or cartoon character. The holder, made in the form of a game character's figure, gives the process of tea drinking or taking another drink a more pleasant and sophisticated form than using a regular bag with a holder label, which often falls into a mug or cup with a drink.

The possibility of thematic playing out the packaging of tea and other drinks expands the range of items, makes the purchase more interesting and leaves the consumer the opportunity to choose the packaging with a movie / literature / theater hero or a character in real life that attracted him, which increases vitality and brings positive to everyday life.

The technical result consists in securing the fixation of the bag holder on the dishes while improving hygiene and ease of use of tea bags, as well as improving consumer properties due to the attractiveness of the images on the holder.
