Description

The utility model relates to the field of packaging disposable filter bags intended for packaging tea, as well as herbal teas, fruit teas, medicinal herbs and other products of similar consistency (hereinafter filter bag). The filter bag is a closed bag of filter paper, usually containing a single dose of tea for a single brewing. The shape of the filter bag can be different - rectangular, pyramidal, round, etc. A thread with a tag can be attached to the filter bag. Tea filter bags are widely used in public catering establishments, when drinking tea in an office environment, in transport, in everyday life.

There is a problem of placing used (after brewing) filter packets. The used filter bag must be immediately discarded, or left directly on the table, on saucers, etc. But, as a rule, the waste container is at a fairly remote distance, and leaving the filter bag on a table or saucer is inconvenient and even dangerous, since it has a high temperature in the first minutes after removing the filter bag from the brewed liquid.

At the same time, there is a high probability of tea drops falling onto consumers' clothes or furniture, and as a result damage to property, as well as personal injury in the form of burns.

Known methods for minimizing the risk of damage to property of consumers when using tea filter bags:

However, none of the proposed methods is effective and simple. The use of special caps for placing filter bags in them requires the manufacture of caps of various diameters, or can only be used by a limited circle of consumers.

“Squeezing” the filter bag after welding with a thread and a tag or using other devices is not a safe method and cannot completely eliminate the presence of moisture.

There is also known a method of packaging a disposable filter bag in an individual vacuum bag made of food foil.

The disadvantage of the existing packaging is that it cannot be used to place the filter bag immediately after its use (brewing).

The closest technical solution to the claimed one adopted for the closest analogue (prototype) of the utility model is the packaging of the filter bag in a device such as “Tea capsule” (RF patent for utility model No. 91328), which is a small hermetic capsule in which the tea filter is stored -package in a compressed form. A thread runs through the perimeter of the tea filter bag connecting the filter bag with the capsule and flashing the bottom of the filter bag. The thread also passes through the top of the capsule and ends with a shortcut. Before use, the filter bag is pulled out of the capsule at the bottom, and after use (brewing), the thread is pulled back into the capsule, while squeezing moisture from the capsule wall.

The disadvantage of the closest analogue (prototype) is that holes are provided in the capsule device. One for retracting the filter bag, the other for free passage of thread through the top of the capsule. Squeezing the filter bag against the capsule wall cannot completely eliminate the presence of moisture, which in turn can get onto clothing or furniture through the openings in the structure. In addition, squeezing the filter bag in the first minutes after it is removed from the brewed liquid is quite uncomfortable and, to some extent, not safe.

The proposed utility model is aimed at eliminating the shortcomings of the closest prototype analogue and eliminates the dripping of tea on consumers' clothes or furniture, property damage, personal injury in the form of burns, as there is no push-up process, and also solve the problem of placement and local disposal of used ones (after brewing) filter bags.

At the same time, the utility model is universal in nature, as it is suitable for filter bags of various configurations and has a simple design that does not require large expenditures for manufacturing, which does not lead to a significant increase in the cost of the product.

Technically, this is achieved by the fact that the tea filter bag is additionally equipped with an external bag.

The external bag is a volume-forming packaging tool in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with side and bottom expansion, made of a combined polymer heat sealable waterproof material.

The external bag and the filter bag placed in it are in a compressed position until immediate use.

An external bag may have an open neck with or without a valve. The external bag can be closed with various closures, for example, welding, gluing, stitching with brackets, clips, zip-lock, etc.

The shutter is used to ensure the storage of the filter bag under tight conditions until application (brewing) in order to protect the product from oxygen and other environmental factors and preserve its consumer qualities, as well as to store the used (after brewing) filter bag.

Before use (brewing), the filter bag is removed from the outer bag (1) through the open neck (2) and placed in the brewed liquid.

After use (brewing), the filter bag is removed from the brewed liquid using a thread attached to the filter bag with a tag or using a teaspoon and placed in the outer bag (1) through the open neck (2). There is no need to squeeze the filter bag. Thanks to the existing lateral (3) and bottom (4) expansion, the external bag can stand upright.

An external bag with a filter bag placed in it can be quite long on any surface without causing any harm to furniture and clothing.

In Fig.2 shows an external bag (1) with a neck (2) equipped with a shutter-type latch “fluper” (5) with side (3) and bottom extension (4).

Before using (brewing), a “fluper” type shutter-latch (5) opens the neck (2) of the outer bag (1) from which the filter bag is removed and placed in the brewed liquid.

After use (brewing), the filter bag is removed from the brewed liquid using a thread attached to the filter bag with a tag or using a teaspoon and placed in the outer bag (1) through the open neck (2). There is no need to squeeze the filter bag. The neckline is closed with a fluper shutter-latch (5). Thanks to the existing lateral (3) and bottom (4) expansion, the external bag can stand upright.

Using the shutter on an external tea bag (5) provides an additional level of protection against tea residues getting onto furniture or clothes, regardless of the position (horizontal or vertical) of the external tea bag.

Thus, the proposed utility model:

- allows to solve with high efficiency the problem of placement and local disposal of used (after brewing) filter packets;

- provides maximum protection of furniture and clothes when using filter bags;

- is universal in nature, as it is suitable for filter packets of various configurations;

- has a simple design that does not require large costs in the manufacture, which will not lead to a significant increase in the cost of the product.
