Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of packaging for disposable filter bags that are designed to be filled with tea, phyto teas, fruit teas, medicinal herbs or other products of a similar consistency (hereinafter "filter bag"). The proposed technical solution is a tea filter bag that is additionally provided with an outer sachet. The outer sachet and the filter bag disposed therein are kept in a compact condition until required for use. The outer sachet for packaging disposable tea filter bags is made from a heat-sealable, impermeable composite polymeric material and constitutes an expandable packaging medium in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with a mouth and side and bottom gussets, which accommodates a disposable tea filter bag in a compact condition. The mouth of the outer sachet can either have an open format (with or without a flap) or be provided with a seal such as a ziplock seal. The technical result is that the novel technical solution is directed towards overcoming the disadvantages of the closest prior art and makes it possible to prevent drops of tea from dripping on the consumer's clothing or furniture, damaging property or causing injuries in the form of burns, by eliminating the process of squeezing, and to solve the problem of the temporary placement and local disposal of used filter bags (after brewing).

DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL FIELD

 The utility model relates to the field of packaging disposable filter bags intended for filling tea in them, as well as herbal teas, fruit teas, medicinal herbs and other products of similar consistency (hereinafter filter bag). The proposed packaging of tea filter bags can be widely used in public catering establishments, when drinking tea in an office environment, in transport, in everyday life.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

 There is a problem of placing used (after brewing) filter bags. The used filter bag must be immediately discarded, or left directly on the table, on saucers, etc. But, as a rule, the waste container is at a fairly remote distance, and leaving the filter bag on a table or saucer is uncomfortable and even dangerous, because in the first minutes after removing the filter bag from the brewed liquid, it has a high temperature.

 At the same time, there is a high probability of tea drops falling onto consumers' clothes or furniture, and as a result damage to property, as well as personal injury in the form of burns.

 Known methods for minimizing the risk of damage to property of consumers when using tea filter bags:

 Chinese designers Yuri S Lim and Zong Yang proposed packaging for tea filter bags, which at the same time is also a stand for them, which can be used instead of a napkin so that the remaining tea soaked in the filter bag does not stain the table (http: // www.tea.ru/290-3939.html).

 The German company RPC Bebo Plastic, together with Haelssen & Lyon, one of the leading manufacturers of tea in Europe, developed an innovative lid. The new technology is called Teatogo. The main idea of the device is that at the end of the brewing time, the tea filter bag is removed into a special compartment in the lid using a cardboard valve. It is known to use various kinds of devices for squeezing filter bags after their use, for example, double squeezing threads, various options for spoons, tongs, and other devices (RF patents for utility model N ° N ° 38559, 38560). However, none of the proposed methods is effective and simple. Using different kinds of coasters, napkins for tea filter bags at the end ^{^} welding time is not always convenient, since the necessary additional elements table setting, and does not rule out getting tea residues, soak the filter in-pack furniture or clothing.

 The closest technical solution to the claimed one, taken as the closest analogue (prototype) of the utility model, is packaging the filter bag in a device such as “Tea Capsule” (RF patent for utility model Ns91328), which is a small hermetic capsule in which the tea filter is stored compressed package. A thread runs through the perimeter of the tea filter bag connecting the filter bag with the capsule and flashing the bottom of the filter bag. The thread also passes through the top of the capsule and ends with a shortcut. Before use, the filter bag is pulled out of the capsule at the bottom, and after use (brewing), the thread is pulled back into the capsule, while squeezing moisture from the capsule wall.

The disadvantage of the closest analogue (prototype) is that holes are provided in the capsule device. One for retracting the filter bag, the other for free passage of thread through the top of the capsule. Squeezing the filter bag against the capsule wall cannot completely eliminate the presence of moisture, which in turn can get onto clothing or furniture through the openings in the structure. In addition, the squeezing of the filter bag in the first minutes after it is removed from the brewed liquid is quite uncomfortable and, to some extent, not safe. DISCLOSURE OF TECHNICAL SOLUTION

 The proposed utility model is aimed at eliminating the shortcomings of the closest prototype analogue and eliminates the dripping of tea on consumers' clothes or furniture, property damage, personal injury in the form of burns, as there is no push-up process, and also solve the problem of placement and local disposal of used ones (after brewing) filter bags.

 At the same time, the utility model is universal in nature, as it is suitable for filter bags of various configurations and has a simple design that does not require large expenditures for manufacturing, which will not lead to a significant increase in the cost of the product.

 Thus, the proposed utility model:

 - allows to solve with high efficiency the problem of placement and local disposal of used (after brewing) filter packets;

 - provides maximum protection of furniture and clothes when using filter bags;

 - is universal in nature, as it is suitable for filter packets of various configurations;

 - has a simple design that does not require large costs in the manufacture, which will not lead to a significant increase in the cost of the product.

 Technically, this is achieved by the fact that the tea filter bag is additionally equipped with an external bag.

 The outer bag is a volume-forming packaging tool in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with lateral and bottom expansion, made of a combined polymer heat sealable waterproof material.

 The external bag and the filter bag placed in it are in a compressed position until immediate use.

 An external bag may have an open neck with or without a valve. The external bag can be closed with various closures, for example, welding, gluing, stitching with brackets, clips, zip-lock, etc.

The shutter is used to ensure the storage of the filter bag under tight conditions until use (brewing) in order to protect the product from oxygen and other environmental factors and preserve its consumer qualities, as well as to store the used (after brewing) filter bag. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION

 The implementation of the technical solution is illustrated by drawings.

 Figure 1 shows an external bag (1) with an open neck (2) with a side (3) and a bottom extension (4).

 Before use (brewing), the filter bag is removed from the outer bag (1) through the open neck (2) and placed in the brewed liquid.

 After use (brewing), the filter bag is removed from the brewed liquid using a tag attached to the filter bag or using a teaspoon and placed in the outer bag (1) through the open neck (2). There is no need to squeeze the filter bag. Thanks to the existing lateral (3) and bottom (4) expansion, the external bag can stand upright.

 An external bag with a filter bag placed in it can be quite long on any surface without causing any harm to furniture and clothing.

 Figure 2 shows an external bag (1) with a neck (2) equipped with a shutter - a latch of the “fluper” type (5) with a side (3) and a bottom extension (4).

 Before use (brewing), a shutter opens - a latch of the “fluper” type (5) of the neck (2) of the outer bag (1) from which the filter bag is removed and placed in the brewed liquid.

 After use (brewing), the filter bag is removed from the brewed liquid using a tag attached to the filter bag or using a teaspoon and placed in the outer bag (1) through the open neck (2). There is no need to squeeze the filter bag. The neck closes with a shutter - a latch of the “fluper” type (5). Thanks to the existing lateral (3) and bottom (4) expansion, the external bag can stand upright.

 Using the shutter on an external tea bag (5) provides an additional level of protection against tea residue on furniture or clothes, regardless of the position (horizontal or vertical) of the external tea bag.

 FORMULA  An external bag for packaging disposable tea filter bags is proposed, made of a combined polymer heat sealable waterproof material, as a volume-forming packaging tool in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with a neck, with a lateral and bottom extension, in which a disposable tea filter bag is placed in a compressed form.  The neck of the external bag can have both an open shape (with or without a valve), and a shutter - a catch-type latch (zip-lock).
