Grinder is made in the form of separate grinders of the stalky feed, tuberous root and concentrated feed. Grinded feed goes into the feed-mixer, which mixes components in a homogeneous feed mixture and transports it for the future use.

Description

The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to the development of machines for the preparation of feed of low productivity.

Known chopper-mixer feed, comprising two sequentially located chambers with a feed flow divider placed in the upper part between them, each of which has a horizontal rotor with knives pivotally mounted on it and a deck with opposing elements [1].

Known chopper-mixer feed, comprising a housing with a tapered loading neck, an unloading window and a cutting apparatus made in the form of knives placed on the axis of rotation of the teeth with a toothed cutting edge and contradictions installed on the axles and spring-loaded relative to the housing [2].

Known feed chopper-mixer, including a serially connected feed conveyor, a chopper with a drive mounted on levers above the conveyor, a prepress drum with the ability to move it in a vertical plane and a screw mixer with additive dispensers located above it [3].

Known small-sized farm shredder-mixer of agricultural products, including a vertical shaft with knives fixed to it and a thrower with blades enclosed in a casing, with contradictions, passing into the hopper, the loading tray in the form of sidewalls and base, as well as the discharge pipe [4] .

However, the design solution of the known machines is aimed at grinding only a particular type of feed and is not intended for simultaneous grinding and mixing of stalked, concentrated feed and root crops.

The prototype of the claimed technical solution is an aggregate for preparing feed mixtures, containing a screw washing mounted on the frame with a receiving hopper for root crops, a chopper-mixer with a thrower mounted on its shaft and a conveyor for feeding grassy feeds. The unit is equipped with a hopper with a pneumatic dispenser for concentrated feed [5].

The disadvantage of the prototype is the impossibility of grinding concentrated feed, because the design of the grinder-mixer does not allow them to grind. In this machine, it is only possible to mix concentrated feed with the resulting feed mixture.

The claimed technical solution is aimed at use in small farms and farms with a small number of animals. The versatility of the claimed technical solution is achieved due to the simultaneous grinding of stalked feed, root crops and concentrated feed, mixing and transporting them.

The technical solution is achieved by using a screw mixer for mixing the crushed components of the feed and transporting a homogeneous feed mixture to the vehicle, while the grinder is made in the form of separate choppers of stalked feed, root crops and concentrated feed, and all units are mounted on a single frame.

Universal feed chopper-mixer consists of a conveyor 1 for loading stalk feed, a pressing conveyor 11, hoppers for loading concentrated feed 7 and root crops 8, choppers 6, auger-mixer 4, electric motors 2, gearmotor 3. Working bodies of choppers stalked and concentrated the feeds are equipped with hammers 10, the chopper of root crops and tubers - with knives 9. In the choppers for stalked feeds and root crops, combs are installed 13. The chopper for concentrated feed sn Abge deck 5 and sieve 12. All units of the universal feed chopper-mixer are mounted on a single frame.

Universal grinder-mixer feed works as follows. The conveyor feeds the stalked feed into the chopper, where they are chopped. Similarly, root crops and concentrated feed from hoppers are sent to the choppers. The crushed components of the feed enter the auger mixer, which performs two functions: mixes the components, turning them into a homogeneous feed mixture, and transports the mass, loading it into the vehicle.

A universal feed chopper-mixer, containing a conveyor for loading stalked feeds mounted on a frame, hoppers for loading concentrated feeds and root crops and a chopper, characterized in that it is equipped with a screw mixer and a clamping conveyor, while the chopper is made in the form of separate choppers of stalked feeds, root crops and concentrated feed, and all units are mounted on a single frame.
