Abstract

FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: shoe has flexible extensible holders attached to toe head part. Each holder is made in the form of strip of flexible extensible material based on rubber or components thereof and provided with textile braiding. Ends of non-detachable holder are attached to toe head part during manufacture by gluing or curing, as well as by means of non-detachable buttons or may be made integral with head part. Ends of detachable holder are attached by means of unfastenable buttons or hooks. When shoes are to be worn by grownup people or by children lacking cavities above heels, flexible extensible holders are provided with supports, which are single-sided parts of holder middle portions widening toward sole and slight sole extension. Support abuts against sole to prevent holder from sliding down. Such shoes are readily put on and held on foots and manufactured at reduced cost as compared to shoes with counters. Individuals wearing such shoes may walk in water provided that all of their parts are manufactured from water-repellent materials. Also, shoes of type, whose toe head is caught up by feet toes, may be readily transformed into shoes attached to foot, and vice versa, which is effectuated without necessity for taking off shoes. Description

 The invention relates to summer and domestic shoes, namely shoes, slippers, sandals and other shoes without backdrops.

 A known method of manufacturing shoes without backdrops and shoes obtained FR 2606605, class. A 43 B 3/10, publ. 05/20/1988, which is easy to put on your feet, for which it’s enough to pick up the toe of the shoe’s head with the toe. The disadvantage of these shoes, as well as other slippers and sandals without backs, is that they do not provide stable holding of shoes on their feet, for example, during gymnastics with sharp swings, jumping, running, etc. This is especially evident in children with everyday wear of such shoes: when running, climbing, dangling legs in a sitting position, jumping, etc. Sandals are also known, as described in patent FR 2595213, class. A 43 B 3/12, 09/11/1987, consisting of a sole and four arches of straps attached to the sole. To shoe this shoe, you need two temples from the straps located near the heel, cross around the ankle, for which you need to stretch them. This can only be done with both hands by inserting the foot into the crosshair and then directing and moving the foot into the front straps. These operations greatly complicate the shoe compared to putting on shoes without backs.

 Also declared type shoes "Moccasin", which can be turned into slippers (patent EP 0308373, class A 43 B 3/14, publ. 03/22/1989).

 It contains a sole and an upper, which in the region of the backdrop has two opposite folds from the upper edge to the sole. The back, bent inward along the fold line, turns the shoes into slippers without a back. But the back is preserved and is in the zone of trampling, so not only the folds, but also the side parts adjacent to the folds, which during the operation of the shoes will be deformed and worsen the well-being of people in these conditions, will be drawn into this zone.

 The closest analogue of the claimed invention is summer and slippers without backdrops such as slippers, shoes, sandals, containing a sole, a sock head attached to the sole, and a tensile elastic holder attached at its ends to the sock head, made of rubber-based material and made non-removable , while its ends are molded (attached or vulcanized) or attached with one-piece fasteners to the edge of the head of the sock (GB 1111341, class A 43 B 3/10, publ. 24.04.1968).

 The purpose of the invention: providing simplicity and ease of putting on shoes, keeping it on the legs and its cheapening.

 To achieve the objective of the invention, summer and home shoes without backs, namely slippers, shoes, sandals, containing a sole, a sock head attached to the sole, and a tensile elastic holder for using shoes attached at its ends to the head of the sock and made of rubber-based materials or its components in a fabric braid, forming an elastic braid, while the tensile elastic holder is formed by a non-removable, the ends of which are attached with glue or by means of vulcanization, or with the help of one-piece buttons to the edge ke head socks, or made in one piece together with the head of the sock, or a tensile elastic holder is formed by a removable, the ends of which are attached to the edge of the head of the sock using detachable buttons, hooks or buttons, and to prevent slipping of the holders in shoes for adults and children, not having indentations above the heels of the legs, the middle part of the holder is one-sidedly expanded towards the sole, forming a support abutting against the sole.

 The sole, sock head and tensile elastic holder are made of non-absorbent materials to allow movement in water.

 The figures depict: a sole 1, a sock head 2 that does not completely cover the toes, and a tensile elastic holder 3.  Above, shoes with non-replaceable elastic tensile holders 3 were shown. But due to the fact that elastic tensile holders 3 are mainly made on a rubber basis and can lose their elasticity over time, not stretch and not shrink, it is proposed to replace them. To do this, it is proposed to install detachable elastic holders 3 in the form of: detachable buttons, button-loops, hook hooks and other connectors that are small in size.

 Figure 6 shows an elastic tensile holder 3, in the middle of the length of which there is a one-sided extension towards the sole of the sample of the support 5. It is intended to limit the sliding of the elastic tensile holder 3 from the feet in people, adults, especially in children with an unexpressed or unformed cavity located above the heel of the foot. The ends of the fastening 4 of the holders 3 to the head of the toe 2 are intended for gluing or for vulcanizing the holders 3 to the head of the toe 2. Figure 7 shows a side view of shoes with holders 3, the ends of which are attached to the head of the toe 2 using detachable buttons. Here are presented: the sole 1, the head of the toe 2, the elastic tensile holder 3, the insole 6 and the detachable buttons 7 mounted on the holder 3 (and shown in Fig. 8) and the mating parts of the buttons 8, mounted and fixed on the head of the toe. Section AA of the end of the holder 3 in place of the detachable part of the button is shown in position 7. FIG. 9 shows a side view of a shoe with an elastic tensile holder 3, the ends of which are attached to the head of the toe with buttons 9 with a loop 10. In section B-B at the place of attachment of the button, it can be seen that its arch is sewn through a thin plate 11 to the head of the sock 2 and that the button is threaded through the loop 10 of the holder 3. To eliminate the sliding of the elastic tensile holder 3 in Fig.14 shows in the sole 1 its extension 15, which is located above the heel 16. The support 5 will abut the elongated part of the sole 15 and the holder’s sliding will stop. In FIG. 15 is a side view of this shoe.  The following methods of donning shoes with holders are possible: with the toe of the foot being hooked on the shoe, the same by pulling the holder and placing it over the heel of the foot, as well as by attaching the ends of the holder.

 If in shoes with elastic tensile holders, the sole, the toe head and the elastic tensile holder are made of materials that do not absorb water, these shoes can be used for movement in water.

Summer and slippers without backs, namely slippers, shoes, sandals, containing a sole, a sock head attached to the sole, and a tensile elastic holder for using shoes attached at its ends to the sock head and made of rubber-based materials or components in the fabric braid, forming an elastic braid, while the tensile elastic holder is formed by a non-removable, the ends of which are attached with glue or by means of vulcanization, or with the help of one-piece buttons to the edge of the sock head, or made together with the head of the toe, or a tensile elastic holder is formed by a removable, the ends of which are attached to the edge of the head of the toe with detachable buttons, hooks or buttons, and to prevent slipping of the holders in shoes for adults and children who do not have recesses over the heels of the feet , the middle part of the holder is unilaterally expanded towards the sole, forming a support abutting against the sole.  2. Shoes according to claim 1, in which the sole and head of the toe and the tensile elastic holder are made of non-absorbing materials to allow movement in water.
