Claims (64)
1. Применение соединения формулы (I):
или его соли,
где X1 представляет собой N или CR1;
R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, галогена, циано, C1-С6алкила, С3-С6циклоалкила, С2-С6алкенила, С2-С6алкинила, C1-С6алкокси, -C(O)OC1-С6алкила, -S(O)pC1-С6алкила, NR6R7, C1-С6галогеналкокси и C1-С6галогеналкила;
R2 выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, циано, нитро, C1-С6алкила, C1-С6галогеналкила, С2-С6алкенила, С2-С6алкинила, С3-С6циклоалкила, -C(O)OC1-С6алкила, -S(O)p(С1-С6алкила), C1-С6алкокси, C1-С6галогеналкокси и фенила;
R3 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-С6алкила, С2-С6алкенила, С2-С6алкинила, С2-С6галогеналкенила, С1-С6алкоксиС1-С3алкил-, C1-С6галогеналкил- и -(CRaRb)qR5;
Ra представляет собой водород или C1-С2алкил;
Rb представляет собой водород или C1-С2алкил;
R4 представляет собой водород, C1-С6алкил, С2-С6алкенил, С2-С6алкинил, С2-С6галогеналкенил, С1-С6алкоксиС1-С3алкил-, С1-С6галогеналкил- и -(CRaRb)qR5;
R5 представляет собой -С(O)ОС1-С6алкил, -С3-С10циклоалкил, -арил или -гетероарил, где указанные арил и гетероарил необязательно замещены 1-3 независимыми R8;
или R3 и R4 вместе с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, образуют насыщенную или частично ненасыщенную 4-6-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую 1 или 2 дополнительных гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S, О и N, где указанное кольцо необязательно замещено 1-3 R8;
R6 и R7 независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из водорода и C1-С6алкила;
каждый R8 независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, C1-С6алкила и C1-С6алкокси-, C1-С6галогеналкила, C1-С6галогеналкокси, циано и S(O)p(C1-С6алкила);
n равняется 0 или 1;
p равняется 0, 1 или 2; и
q равняется 0, 1 или 2, при условии, что, если q равняется 0, то R5 представляет собой -С3-С10циклоалкил, -арил или -гетероарил, где указанные арил и гетероарил необязательно замещены 1-3 независимыми R8;

R5 представляет собой -С(O)ОС1-С6алкил, -С3-С10циклоалкил, -арил и -гетероарил, где указанные арил и гетероарил необязательно замещены 1-3 независимыми R8;
или R3 и R4 вместе с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, образуют насыщенную или частично ненасыщенную 4-6-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую 1 или 2 дополнительных гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S, О и N, где указанное кольцо необязательно замещено 1-3 R8;
R6 и R7 независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из водорода и C1-С6алкила;
каждый R8 независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, C1-С6алкила и C1-С6алкокси-, С1-С6галогеналкила, C1-С6галогеналкокси-, циано и S(O)p(C1-С6алкила);
n равняется 0 или 1;
р равняется 0, 1 или 2; и
q равняется 0, 1 или 2;
при условии, что
(a) R3 и R4 одновременно не представляют собой Н, если R2 представляет собой метил, n равняется 0, и R1 представляет собой метокси, Н, фтор или циано; и
(b) соединение формулы (Ia) не является (i) 2-хлор-6-(3-пиридил)пиридин-3-амином, (ii) 2-фтор-6-(3-пиридил)пиридин-3-амином, (iii) 2-(дифторметил)-6-(3-пиридил)пиридин-3-амином или (iv) трет-бутил-N-[2-метил-6-(3-пиридил)-3-пиридил]карбаматом.
3. Соединение формулы (I-i) по п. 2, где R2 представляет собой C1-С6алкил, С1-С6галогеналкил, циано, -С(O)ОС1-С6алкил, C1-С6алкокси или фенил.
4. Соединение формулы (I-ii):
или его соль,
где R2 представляет собой C1-С6алкил, C1-С6галогеналкил, циано, -С(O)ОС1-С6алкил, C1-С6алкокси или фенил;
R3 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-С6алкила, С2-С6алкенила, С2-С6алкинила, С2-С6галогеналкенила, С1-С6алкоксиС1-С3алкил-, C1-С6галогеналкил- и -(CRaRb)qR5;
Ra представляет собой водород или C1-С2алкил;
Rb представляет собой водород или C1-С2алкил;
R4 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-С6алкила, С2-С6алкенила, С2-С6алкинила, С2-С6галогеналкенила, С1-С6алкоксиС1-С3алкил-, С1-С6галогеналкил- и -(CRaRb)qR5;
R5 представляет собой -С(O)ОС1-С6алкил, -С3-С10циклоалкил, -арил и -гетероарил, где указанные арил и гетероарил необязательно замещены 1-3 независимыми R8;
или R3 и R4 вместе с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, образуют насыщенную или частично ненасыщенную 4-6-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую 1 или 2 дополнительных гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S, О и N, где указанное кольцо необязательно замещено 1-3 R8;
R6 и R7 независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из водорода и C1-С6алкила;
каждый R8 независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, C1-С6алкила и C1-С6алкокси-, C1-С6галогеналкила, C1-С6галогеналкокси-, циано и S(O)p(C1-С6алкила);
n равняется 0 или 1;
р равняется 0, 1 или 2; и
q равняется 0, 1 или 2;
при условии, что R3 и R4 одновременно не представляют собой Н, если R2 представляет собой метил, и n равняется 0.
5. Соединение формулы (I-i) по п. 2 или 3 или соединение формулы (I-ii) по п. 4, где R3 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-С6алкила, С2-С6алкенила, С2-С6алкинила и (CRaRb)qR5.
6. Соединение формулы (I-i) или (I-ii) по п. 5, где R3 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-С6алкила, С2-С6алкенила, С2-С6алкинила, фенила, бензила, -(СН2)С3-С10циклоалкила, -СН(СН3)фенила, -СН2С(O)ОС1-С6алкила и -СН-(СН3)С(O)ОС1-С6алкила, где указанные бензил и фенил необязательно замещены одним-тремя независимыми R8.
7. Соединение формулы (I-i) по любому из пп. 2, 3, 5 или 6 или соединение формулы (I-ii) по любому из пп. 4-6, где R4 представляет собой водород.
8. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 1, или соединение формулы (I-i) по любому из пп. 2, 3, 5 или 6, или соединение формулы (I-ii) по любому из пп. 4-6, где R3 и R4 вместе с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, образуют насыщенную или частично ненасыщенную 5- или 6-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую от 1 или 2 дополнительных гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S, О и N, где указанное кольцо необязательно замещено 1-3 независимыми R8.
9. Соединение формулы (I), (I-i) или (I-ii) по п. 8, где R3 и R4 вместе с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, образуют пирролинильное, пирролидинильное, пиразолинильное, пиразолидинильное, имидазолинильное, имидазолидинильное, триазолильное, пиперидильное, морфолинильное, тиоморфолинильное и пиперазинильное кольцо, каждое из которых необязательно замещено 1-3 независимыми R8.
10. Гербицидная композиция, содержащая гербицидно эффективное количество соединения формулы (I) по п. 1 и приемлемое с точки зрения сельского хозяйства вспомогательное средство для составления.
11. Гербицидная композиция по п. 10, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный пестицид.
12. Способ контроля сорняков в месте произрастания, предусматривающий применение по отношению к месту произрастания достаточного для контроля сорняков количества соединения формулы (I) по п. 1 или достаточного для контроля сорняков количества композиции по п. 10 или 11.
13. Применение соединения формулы (I-i) по любому из пп. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 или 9 в качестве гербицида.
14. Применение соединения формулы (I-ii) по любому из пп. 4-9 в качестве гербицида.
