Claims (16)
1. Способ лечения индивида, имеющего нарушение, связанное с припадками, например, эпилептический статус (SE), например, рефрактерный эпилептический статус (RSE) или супер-рефрактерный эпилептический статус (SRSE), способ включающий:
введение указанному индивиду эффективного количества аллопрегнанолона,
в котором одновременно с указанным введением указанный индивид находится под действием общего наркоза, благодаря чему происходит лечение указанного индивида.
2. Способ лечения индивида, имеющего нарушение, связанное с припадками, например, эпилептический статус (SE), например, рефрактерный эпилептический статус (RSE) или супер-рефрактерный эпилептический статус (SRSE), способ включающий:
введение первой дозы, например, нагрузочной дозы, аллопрегнанолона, например, введенной пациенту, находящемуся под общим наркозом;
введение второй дозы, например, поддерживающей дозы, аллопрегнанолона, которая ниже, чем указанная первая доза; и
введение третьей дозы, например, постепенно снижающейся дозы аллопрегнанолона,
указанные дозы аллопрегнанолона являются достаточными для лечения указанного индивида.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором указанный индивид не находится под действием общего наркоза: по меньшей мере во время введения части второй дозы; по меньшей мере введения части третьей дозы.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором указанный индивид находится под действием общего наркоза во время введения первой дозы и во время введения части второй дозы, например, в течение по меньшей мере или вплоть до 6, 12, 24 или 47 часов введения второй дозы.
5. Способ по п. 2, в котором вторую дозу вводят в течение периода времени, продолжительность которого по меньшей мере в 60, 65, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, или 120 раз больше, чем продолжительность периода времени, в течение которого вводят указанную первую дозу.
6. Способ по п. 2, в котором вторую дозу вводят в течение периода времени, продолжительность которого не более чем в 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, или 140 раз больше, чем продолжительность периода времени, в течение которого вводят указанную первую дозу.
7. Способ по п. 2, в котором вторую дозу вводят в течение периода времени, продолжительность которого по меньшей мере в 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 раз больше, чем продолжительность периода времени, в течение которого вводят указанную третью дозу.
8. Способ по п. 2, в котором вторую дозу вводят в течение периода времени, продолжительность которого не более чем в 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 или 10 раз больше, чем продолжительность периода времени, в течение которого вводят указанную третью дозу.
9. Способ по п. 2, в котором количество аллопрегнанолона, доставленное/единицу времени во второй дозе, например, которое измеряют в мкг/кг/час, является по меньшей мере в 2, 3, 4, 5, или 6 раз меньше, чем количество, доставленное в первой дозе.
10. Способ по п. 2, в котором одну, две или все указанные дозы вводят с помощью инъекции, например, с помощью в/в введений.
