Claims (47)

5. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что R2 и R3 связаны с образованием замещенного или незамещенного циклопропильного, замещенного или незамещенного циклобутильного, замещенного или незамещенного циклопентильного, или замещенного или незамещенного циклогексильного кольца.
6. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающееся тем, что R4 и R5 каждый независимо представляет собой замещенный или незамещенный C16 алкил, замещенный или незамещенный С38 циклоалкил, или замещенный или незамещенный 3-12-членный гетероциклил.
7. Соединение по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что R4 и R5, каждый независимо, имеют формулу

12. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая соединение по любому из пп. 1-11 или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль и фармацевтически приемлемое вспомогательное вещество.

Способ лечения заболевания, связанного с IDO, включающий введение субъекту, нуждающемуся в этом, эффективного количества соединения по любому из пп. 1-11 или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли, или фармацевтической композиции, содержащей эффективное количество соединения по любому из пп. 1-11 или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что указанное заболевание, связанное с IDO, представляет собой рак.
15. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что указанное заболевание, связанное с IDO, представляет собой рак, выбранный из группы, состоящей из рака легких, рака молочной железы, рака предстательной железы, рака яичников, эндометриального рака, рака шейки матки, рака мочевого пузыря, рака головы и шеи, почечено-клеточной карциномы, рака пищевода, рака поджелудочной железы, рака головного мозга, раковых заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта, рака печени, лейкоза, лимфомы, меланомы, множественной миеломы, саркомы Юинга и остеосаркомы.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 13-15, дополнительно включающий лечение субъекта дополнительной противораковой терапией.
17. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что указанная дополнительная противораковая терапия представляет собой иммунотерапию, лучевую терапию, химиотерапию, клеточную терапию или хирургию.
18. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что указанная дополнительная противораковая терапия включает противораковый агент.
19. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что указанное заболевание, связанное с IDO, представляет собой инфекционное заболевание.
20. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что указанное инфекционное заболевание представляет собой вирусную инфекцию, и указанного субъекта дополнительно лечат дополнительной противовирусной терапией.
21. Способ по п. 20, отличающийся тем, что указанная дополнительная противовирусная терапия включает дополнительный противовирусный агент или противовирусную вакцину.
