Abstract
1. Узел катетера по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий первичную муфту, обернутую по окружности вокруг расширяемого устройства, в котором первичная муфта содержит лист материала, имеющий первую основную поверхность и вторую основную поверхность и множество отверстий, продолжающихся от первой основной поверхности до второй основной поверхности; ипервичный соединительный элемент, взаимодействующий с множеством отверстий для соединения с возможностью высвобождения соединительных участков листа друг с другом, для ограничения расширяемого устройства в сжатой конфигурации.3. Узел катетера по п. 2, дополнительно содержащий вторичную муфту и вторичный соединительный элемент, в котором вторичная муфта ограничивает расширение расширяемого устройства до промежуточной конфигурации, имеющей больший диаметр, чем диаметр в сжатой конфигурации, и меньший диаметр, чем диаметр в расширенной конфигурации.4. Claims (20)
1. Узел катетера, содержащий:
катетер, имеющий ведущий конец и замыкающий конец и содержащий основной просвет, продолжающийся между ведущим концом и замыкающим концом;
расширяемое устройство, расположенное на ведущем конце катетера, имеющее проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, сжатую конфигурацию для эндолюминальной подачи расширяемого устройства на место лечения, и расширенную конфигурацию, имеющую диаметр, который больше, чем диаметр сжатой конфигурации; и
линию управления, проходящую через основной просвет катетера и расположенную в пределах, по меньшей мере, участка расширяемого устройства, для обеспечения возможности избирательного изгиба расширяемого устройства.
2. Узел катетера по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий первичную муфту, обернутую по окружности вокруг расширяемого устройства, в котором первичная муфта содержит лист материала, имеющий первую основную поверхность и вторую основную поверхность и множество отверстий, продолжающихся от первой основной поверхности до второй основной поверхности; и
первичный соединительный элемент, взаимодействующий с множеством отверстий для соединения с возможностью высвобождения соединительных участков листа друг с другом, для ограничения расширяемого устройства в сжатой конфигурации.
3. Узел катетера по п. 2, дополнительно содержащий вторичную муфту и вторичный соединительный элемент, в котором вторичная муфта ограничивает расширение расширяемого устройства до промежуточной конфигурации, имеющей больший диаметр, чем диаметр в сжатой конфигурации, и меньший диаметр, чем диаметр в расширенной конфигурации.
4. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором расширяемое устройство содержит стент-трансплантат.
5. Узел катетера по п. 4, в котором стент-трансплантат содержит, по меньшей мере, одну вершину и в котором линия управления сплетена через, по меньшей мере, одну вершину стента-трансплантата.
6. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором линия управления выполнена съемной.
7. Узел катетера по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий фиксирующий провод, продолжающийся через основной просвет, в котором фиксирующий провод соединяет с возможностью разъединения линию управления и соединяет линию управления с катетером.
8. Узел катетера по п. 3, в котором линия управления расположена внутри вторичной муфты таким образом, что, когда узел катетера вставляют в сосуд, линия управления не имеет непосредственного контакта с тканью внутри сосуда.
9. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором расширяемое устройство выполнено с возможностью изгиба более чем приблизительно на 90° относительно оси катетера.
10. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором степень изгиба расширяемого устройства относительно оси катетера пропорциональна величине натяжения линии управления.
11. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором расширяемое устройство, по существу, поддерживает требуемую степень изгиба, в то время как расширяемое устройство разворачивают в расширенную конфигурацию.
12. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором линия управления соединена на одном из проксимального конца и дистального конца расширяемого устройства.
13. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором расширяемое устройство дополнительно содержит рентгеноконтрастный маркер.
14. Узел катетера по п. 13, в котором рентгеноконтрастный маркер содержит полоску, продолжающуюся вокруг периметра одного из проксимального конца и дистального конца расширяемого устройства, в котором узел катетера просматривают с помощью рентгенографического устройства, расположенного за пределами тела пациента, и в котором, когда расширяемое устройство правильно установлено на месте лечения, двумерный профиль рентгеноконтрастного маркера устанавливается, по существу, как линия.
15. Узел катетера по п. 1, в котором линия управления торсионно зацеплена на расширяемом устройстве и катетер обеспечивает возможность поворотной установки устройства на месте лечения путем поворота катетера.
16. Узел катетера по п. 3, дополнительно содержащий первый вторичный соединительный элемент и второй вторичный соединительный элемент, в котором первый вторичный соединительный элемент пропускают вдоль приблизительно половины длины вторичной муфты и второй вторичный соединительный элемент пропускают приблизительно вдоль другой половины вторичной муфты.
17. Узел катетера по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий вторичный соединительный элемент и множество вторичных отверстий, в котором вторичный соединительный элемент взаимодействует с множеством вторичных отверстий для соединения с возможностью высвобождения соединительных участков листа друг с другом, для ограничения расширяемого устройства в промежуточной конфигурации, промежуточная конфигурация, имеющая диаметр, больший, чем сжатая конфигурация, и меньший, чем расширенная конфигурация.
18. Узел катетера, содержащий:
катетер, имеющий ведущий конец и замыкающий конец и содержащий основной просвет, продолжающийся между ведущим концом и замыкающим концом;
расширяемое устройство, расположенное на ведущем конце катетера, имеющее проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, сжатую конфигурацию для эндолюминальной подачи расширяемого устройства на место лечения и расширенную конфигурацию, имеющую диаметр, который больше, чем диаметр сжатой конфигурации; и
фиксирующий провод, продолжающийся через основной просвет, в котором участок фиксирующего провода, пропущенный через боковой порт основного просвета катетера, зацеплен с волокном и повторно входит в боковой порт основного просвета катетера.
19. Узел катетера по п. 18, в котором волокно представляет собой управляющее волокно, зацепленное с расширяемым устройством.
20. Узел катетера по п. 18, в котором расширяемое устройство содержит стент-трансплантат.
