Abstract
1. Липосома, в которой РНК, кодирующая представляющий интерес иммуноген, инкапсулирована, и где указанная липосома имеет диаметр в интервале значений 60-180 нм.2. Липосома по п.1, где указанная липосома имеет диаметр в интервале 80-160 нм.3. Липосома по п.1, где указанная липосома содержит липид с катионной концевой группой.4. Липосома по п.1, где указанная липосома содержит липид с цвиттерионной концевой группой.5. Липосома по п.1, где РНК является самореплицирующейся РНК.6. Липосома по п.5, где самореплицирующаяся РНК кодирует (i) РНК-зависимую РНК полимеразу, которая может транскрибировать РНК из самореплицирующейся РНК, и (ii) иммуноген.7. Липосома по п.6, где самореплицирующаяся РНК содержит две открытые считывающие рамки, причем первая из них кодирует альфавирусную репликазу и вторая из них кодирует иммуноген.8. Липосома по п.5, где длина самореплицирующеяся РНК составляет 9000-12000 нуклеотидов.9. Липосома по п.1, где иммуноген может вызвать иммунную реакцию in vivo против бактерии, вируса, грибков или паразита.10. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая липосому по любому из предшествующих пунктов.11. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая популяцию липосом, где средний диаметр липосом в указанной популяции находится между 60 нм и 180 нм включительно.12. Способ выработки защитной иммунной реакции у позвоночных, включающий стадию введения позвоночному эффективного количества липосомы по любому из пп. 1-9, или фармацевтической композиции по п.10 или 11.13. Липосома по п.2, где указанная липосома содержит липид с катионной концевой группой.14. Липосома по п.2, где указанная липосома содержит липид с цвиттерионной концевой группой.
Claims (14)
1. Липосома, в которой РНК, кодирующая представляющий интерес иммуноген, инкапсулирована, и где указанная липосома имеет диаметр в интервале значений 60-180 нм.
2. Липосома по п.1, где указанная липосома имеет диаметр в интервале 80-160 нм.
3. Липосома по п.1, где указанная липосома содержит липид с катионной концевой группой.
4. Липосома по п.1, где указанная липосома содержит липид с цвиттерионной концевой группой.
5. Липосома по п.1, где РНК является самореплицирующейся РНК.
6. Липосома по п.5, где самореплицирующаяся РНК кодирует (i) РНК-зависимую РНК полимеразу, которая может транскрибировать РНК из самореплицирующейся РНК, и (ii) иммуноген.
7. Липосома по п.6, где самореплицирующаяся РНК содержит две открытые считывающие рамки, причем первая из них кодирует альфавирусную репликазу и вторая из них кодирует иммуноген.
8. Липосома по п.5, где длина самореплицирующеяся РНК составляет 9000-12000 нуклеотидов.
9. Липосома по п.1, где иммуноген может вызвать иммунную реакцию in vivo против бактерии, вируса, грибков или паразита.
10. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая липосому по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
11. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая популяцию липосом, где средний диаметр липосом в указанной популяции находится между 60 нм и 180 нм включительно.
12. Способ выработки защитной иммунной реакции у позвоночных, включающий стадию введения позвоночному эффективного количества липосомы по любому из пп. 1-9, или фармацевтической композиции по п.10 или 11.
13. Липосома по п.2, где указанная липосома содержит липид с катионной концевой группой.
14. Липосома по п.2, где указанная липосома содержит липид с цвиттерионной концевой группой.
