Abstract
1. Claims (28)
1. Термопластичный препрег, включающий:
множество непрерывных волокон, которые, в основном, ориентированы в продольном направлении, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 80 мас.% препрега;
множество статистически распределенных длинных волокон, причем, по меньшей мере, некоторые из них ориентированы под углом относительно продольного направления, и длинные волокна составляют от приблизительно 2 мас.% до приблизительно 35 мас.% препрега; и
полимерную матрицу, которая содержит один или более термопластичных полимеров, и в которую внедрены непрерывные волокна и длинные волокна, причем термопластичные полимеры составляют от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 80 мас.% препрега;
в котором соотношение максимального напряжения при растяжении препрега в продольном направлении и максимального напряжения при растяжении препрега в поперечном направлении составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 40.
2. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором соотношение максимального напряжения при растяжении препрега в продольном направлении и максимального напряжения при растяжении препрега в поперечном направлении составляет от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 30.
3. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, который проявляет максимальное напряжение при растяжении в продольном направлении, составляющее от приблизительно 250 до приблизительно 3000 МПа.
4. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором препрег проявляет максимальное напряжение при растяжении в поперечном направлении, составляющее от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 50 МПа.
5. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором непрерывные волокна составляют от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 70 мас.% препрега.
6. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором длинные волокна составляют от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 30 мас.% препрега.
7. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором непрерывные волокна и/или длинные волокна включают стеклянные волокна, углеродные волокна или сочетание стеклянных и углеродных волокон.
8. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором термопластичные полимеры включают полиолефин, простой полиэфиркетон, простой полиэфиримид, полиариленкетон, жидкокристаллический полимер, полиариленсульфид, фторсодержащий полимер, полиацеталь, полиуретан, поликарбонат, стирольный полимер, сложный полиэфир, полиамид или их сочетание.
9. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, который имеет пористость, составляющую приблизительно 2% или менее.
10. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором длинные волокна перемешаны с непрерывными волокнами.
11. Термопластичный препрег по п. 1, в котором длинные волокна присутствуют в первом слое препрега, и непрерывные волокна присутствуют во втором слое препрега.
12. Термопластичный препрег по п. 11, в котором, по меньшей мере, некоторые длинные волокна проходят во второй слой.
13. Линейный профиль, включающий препрег по п. 1.
14. Линейный профиль по п. 13, в котором профиль дополнительно включает покровный слой, который определяет поверхность профиля.
15. Формованное изделие, которое изготовлено из препрега по п. 1.
16. Способ изготовления термопластичного препрега, где способ включает:
направление непрерывных волокон и длинных волокон в экструзионное устройство;
направление термопластичного исходного материала в экструзионное устройство, где исходный материал включает, по меньшей мере, один термопластичный полимер; и
экструзию непрерывных волокон, длинных волокон и термопластичного полимера через пропиточную фильеру для получения экструдата, в котором непрерывные волокна перемешаны с длинными волокнами и внедрены в матрицу из термопластичного полимера.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором исходный материал включает длинные волокна.
18. Способ по п. 16, дополнительно включающий протягивание экструдата через зажим, образованный между роликами, для соединения экструдата в форме листа.
19. Способ по п. 16, в котором непрерывные волокна составляют от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 80 мас.% препрега, и длинные волокна составляют от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 35 мас.% препрега.
20. Способ по п. 16, в котором непрерывные волокна и/или длинные волокна включают стеклянные волокна, углеродные волокна или сочетание стеклянных и углеродных волокон.
21. Способ по п. 16, в котором термопластичный полимер включает полиолефин, простой полиэфиркетон, простой полиэфиримид, полиариленкетон, жидкокристаллический полимер, полиариленсульфид, фторсодержащий полимер, полиацеталь, полиуретан, поликарбонат, стирольный полимер, сложный полиэфир, полиамид или их сочетание.
22. Способ по п. 16, в котором коллектор в сборе направляет термопластичный исходный материал в экструзионное устройство, причем коллектор в сборе включает разветвленные литники, через которые проходит термопластичный исходный материал.
23. Способ изготовления термопластичного препрега, где способ включает:
направление непрерывных волокон в экструзионное устройство;
направление термопластичного исходного материала в экструзионное устройство, где исходный материал включает, по меньшей мере, один термопластичный полимер; и
экструзию непрерывных волокон и исходного материала через пропиточную фильеру для изготовления экструдата, в котором непрерывные волокна внедрены в матрицу термопластичного полимера;
последующее введение длинных волокон в экструдат для изготовления композита.
24. Способ по п. 23, дополнительно включающий протягивание композита через зажим, образованный между роликами, для соединения композита в форме листа.
25. Способ по п. 23, в котором непрерывные волокна составляют от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 80 мас.% препрега, и длинные волокна составляют от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 35 мас.% препрега.
26. Способ по п. 23, в котором непрерывные волокна и/или длинные волокна включают стеклянные волокна, углеродные волокна или сочетание стеклянных и углеродных волокон.
27. Способ по п. 23, в котором термопластичный полимер включает полиолефин, простой полиэфиркетон, простой полиэфиримид, полиариленкетон, жидкокристаллический полимер, полиариленсульфид, фторсодержащий полимер, полиацеталь, полиуретан, поликарбонат, стирольный полимер, сложный полиэфир, полиамид или их сочетание.
28. Способ по п. 23, в котором термопластичный исходный материал направляют через коллектор в сборе в экструзионное устройство, причем коллектор в сборе включает разветвленные литники, через которые проходит термопластичный исходный материал.
