Claims (31)
1. Полый линейный профиль, содержащий уплотненную ленту, которая содержит множество непрерывных волокон, внедренных в первую термопластичную матрицу и ориентированных, по существу, в продольном направлении, множество длинных волокон, по меньшей мере, часть из которых ориентирована под углом относительно продольного направления, при этом отношение массы непрерывных волокон к массе длинных волокон составляет от около 0,2 до около 10,
причем профиль имеет модуль изгиба и максимальную прочность на изгиб в поперечном направлении, и отношение модуля изгиба к максимальной прочности на изгиб составляет от около 50 до около 2200.
2. Полый линейный профиль по п.1, в котором отношение массы непрерывных волокон к массе длинных волокон составляет от около 0,5 до около 4.

Способ по п.25, в котором термопластичная полимерная матрица содержит полиолефин, простой полиэфиркетон, простой полиэфиримид, полиариленкетон, жидкокристаллический полимер, полиариленсульфид, фторсодержащий полимер, полиацеталь, полиуретан, поликарбонат, стирольный полимер, сложный полиэфир, полиамид или их комбинацию.
30. Способ по п.25, в котором первая лента и/или вторая лента имеют пористость, составляющую около 2% или менее.
31. Способ по п.25, в котором трубное соединение подает термопластичную матрицу в экструзионное устройство и содержит разветвленные литники, через которые движется термопластичная матрица.
