Abstract
본 발명에 따른 자동차 부품용 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재는 적어도 하나 이상의 장섬유강화 열가소성 수지(long fiber reinforced thermoplastic, LFT) 시트; 및 적어도 3개 이상의 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic, CFT) 시트;를 포함하고, 상기 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic, CFT) 시트는 단일방향으로 배향성을 갖는 연속섬유를 포함하며, 하나의 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic, CFT) 시트에 포함된 연속섬유의 배향 방향과 인접한 다른 하나의 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic, CFT) 시트에 포함된 연속섬유의 배향 방향이 이루는 각도는 175~185˚인 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 2에 따른 자동차 부품용 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재의 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 3에 따른 자동차 부품용 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재의 사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 4에 따른 자동차 부품용 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재의 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 장섬유강화 열가소성 수지(long fiber reinforced thermoplastic, LFT) 시트; 및
적어도 3개 이상의 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic, CFT) 시트;를 포함하고,
상기 장섬유강화 열가소성 수지(LFT) 시트는 제1열가소성 수지와 장섬유를 포함하고,
상기 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(CFT) 시트는 제2열가소성 수지와 단일방향으로 배향성을 갖는 연속섬유를 포함하며,
상기 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(CFT) 시트는 제2열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 연속섬유 20~60중량부를 포함하며,
하나의 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(CFT) 시트에 포함된 연속섬유의 배향 방향과 인접한 다른 하나의 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(CFT) 시트에 포함된 연속섬유의 배향 방향이 이루는 각도는 175~185˚인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(CFT) 시트가 적어도 3개 이상 연속으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 장섬유강화 열가소성 수지(LFT) 시트는 두께가 0.1~2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연속섬유강화 열가소성 수지(CFT) 시트는 두께가 0.1~2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 장섬유강화 열가소성 수지(LFT) 시트는 제1열가소성 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 장섬유 20~60중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.

상기 장섬유강화 열가소성 수지(LFT) 시트는 길이가 20~50mm인 장섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재는 ASTM D790에 따른 굴곡 강도가 200~400MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
