Abstract
1. Эмульсионный взрывчатый состав для ведения взрывных работ шпуровыми зарядами, включающий воду, аммиачную и натриевую или кальциевую селитру в качестве окислительной фазы, углеводородную фазу в виде масла индустриального или топлива дизельного в смеси с эмульгатором для промышленных эмульсионных взрывчатых веществ, отличающийся тем, что в него введен карбамид, эмульгатор введен в смеси с канифолью талловой или канифолью живичной сосновой, а в качестве сенсибилизатора содержит водный раствор нитрита натрия в сочетании со стеклянными микросферами, причем компоненты взяты при следующем соотношении (мас.%):нитрат натрия или нитрат кальция соответственно - 15,0÷25,0 или 5,0÷25,0;масло индустриальное или топливо дизельное - 2,0÷7,0;вода - 2,0÷25,0;карбамид - 0,005÷15,0;эмульгатор для промышленных взрывчатых веществ - 0,5÷5,0;канифоль талловая или канифоль живичная сосновая - 0,5÷10,0;водный раствор нитрита натрия - 0,2÷5,5;стеклянные микросферы - 1,0÷7,0;аммиачная селитра, в том числе гранулированная, гранулированная пористая, гранулированная дробленная, порошкообразная, в растворах любой концентрации - остальное до 100, причем нормируемая плотность эмульсионного взрывчатого вещества равна 1,00÷1,15 г/см.2. Эмульсионный взрывчатый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что может содержать энергетические добавки в жидком или порошкообразном виде с размером частиц в микронном диапазоне, например, диспергированного алюминия, алюминиевой пудры, ферросиликатов, ферроалюмосиликатов и других в количестве от 3,0 до 15,0%.1.
