Abstract
1. Эмульсионный взрывчатый состав, предназначенный для формирования шпуровых зарядов, включающий воду, аммиачную и натриевую или кальциевую селитру в качестве окислительной фазы, а также углеводородную фазу, отличающийся тем, что в состав ЭВВ введен карбамид, а в составе углеводородной фазы взамен масел индустриальных или дизельного топлива использован расплав парафина мелкокристаллического в чистом виде или с добавкой церезина при любом соотношении указанных компонентов между собой, или только церезина в смеси с эмульгатором для промышленных эмульсионных взрывчатых веществ индивидуально или с эмульгатором для промышленных эмульсионных взрывчатых веществ в сочетании с добавкой из канифоли талловой или канифоли живичной сосновой, или их смеси при любом соотношении указанных марок канифоли между собой в диапазоне температур ведения технологического процесса изготовления ЭВВ от 65°С до 130°С, а в качестве сенсибилизатора применен водный раствор нитрита натрия в сочетании с полимерными микросферами, введенными взамен стеклянных, при любых соотношениях компонентов между собой или только полимерные микросферы, или только водный раствор нитрита натрия, причем указанные компоненты взяты для достижения нормируемой плотности 1,00÷1,20 г/смв следующем соотношении, мас.%:2. Эмульсионный взрывчатый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве сенсибилизатора может содержать полимерные микросферы в чистом виде или в сочетании с водным раствором нитрита натрия при любых соотношениях указанных компонентов между собой или только водный раствор нитрита натрия.1.
