Abstract
Способ получения гранулированного пеносиликата (PENOSTEK), включающий получение тонко измельченного дисперсного стеклянного порошка, преимущественно путем дробления стеклянных изделий при их утилизации и дальнейшего помола, добавление в порошок связующего и порообразователя в заданной весовой или объемной пропорции, их перемешивание и гранулирование в специальных устройствах, предварительную сушку, последующий нагрев и отжиг полученных гранул при температуре пенообразования с дальнейшим охлаждением в процессе стеклования и с отделением полученных гранул пеностекла, разделяющей среды и шлака, отличающийся тем, что в качестве основного связующего используют жидкое стекло в количестве 10-20% от массы стеклянного порошка, в качестве основного поро- и гранулообразователя применяют смесь глицерина в количестве 0,5-2% и воды в количестве 10-20% от массы порошка, стеклянный порошок измельчают в несколько стадий и просеивают для достижения дисперсии частиц стекла размером не более 5 мкм (микрон), затем производят перемешивание порошка с водной смесью глицерина и с жидким стеклом в указанной пропорции в течение не менее 15 мин, преимущественно в планетарно-шнековых конических смесителях с перемещением винтового шнека заданного шага вдоль конической поверхности смесителя, до получения требуемых заготовок гранул, которые затем уплотняют и накатывают, преимущественно в тарельчатом грануляторе с емкостью типа наклонной тарелки вращения, далее заготовки гранул сушат при температурах от 150 до 400°С в течение не менее 10 мин, просеивают с отделением отходов и полученные гранулы заданного размера смешивают или обсыпают каол� A method of producing granular foam silicate (PENOSTEK), including the preparation of finely ground dispersed glass powder, mainly by crushing glass products during their utilization and further grinding, adding a binder and a blowing agent to the powder in a predetermined weight or volume ratio, mixing and granulating them in special devices, preliminary drying, subsequent heating and annealing of the obtained granules at a foaming temperature with further cooling during glass transition and separated eat the obtained granules of foam glass, a separating medium and slag, characterized in that liquid glass is used as the main binder in an amount of 10-20% by weight of the glass powder, a mixture of glycerol in an amount of 0.5-2% is used as the main pore and granule former and water in an amount of 10-20% by weight of the powder, the glass powder is ground in several stages and sieved to achieve a dispersion of glass particles of no more than 5 microns (microns) in size, then the powder is mixed with an aqueous mixture of glycerol and with liquid glass in a glass the specified proportion for at least 15 minutes, mainly in planetary screw conical mixers with a screw screw of a given step along the conical surface of the mixer, until the required pellet blanks are obtained, which are then compacted and rolled, mainly in a disk granulator with a capacity like an inclined plate of rotation, then the pellet blanks are dried at temperatures from 150 to 400 ° C for at least 10 minutes, sieved with waste separation, and the obtained granules of a given size are mixed or sprinkled with kaol
