Abstract
1. Способ очистки отходящего газа спекательных установок и установок окомковывания железных руд, при котором в отходящий газ спекательной установки или установки окомковывания вверх по потоку перед тканевым фильтром (3), в частности, в газоотводный канал (2), вводят сухой аддитив, содержащий реагент и адсорбент, после чего аддитив отделяют от отходящего газа посредством тканевого фильтра (3), отличающийся тем, что реагент содержит бикарбонат натрия NaHCO3, аддитив, по меньшей мере, частично возвращают в поток отходящего газа вверх по потоку перед тканевым фильтром (3), в частности, в газоотводный канал (2), при этом отходящий газ имеет температуру ниже 140°С, в частности ниже 130°С, а среднее время пребывания свежеиспользованного реагента составляет более двух часов, в частности более суток. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отходящий газ имеет температуру выше 60°С, в частности выше 90°С. ! 3. Способ по одному из пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что зону вверх по потоку перед тканевым фильтром выполняют в виде тракта реакции в кипящем слое. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реагент поставляют крупнозернистым и лишь незадолго до использования размалывают до требуемой тонины. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что аддитив оставляют более чем на полчаса в виде кека на тканевом фильтре (3). ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что аддитив вводят против направления течения отходящего газа, по меньшей мере, в одном месте (4, 5, 6). ! 7.
