1. Молекула двухцепочечной нуклеиновой кислоты, имеющая структуру SIX, включающая смысловую цепь и антисмысловую цепь ! , ! где верхняя цепь представляет собой смысловую цепь, и нижняя цепь представляет собой антисмысловую цепь молекулы двухцепочечной нуклеиновой кислоты; указанная антисмысловая цепь включает последовательность, комплементарную целевой РНК; каждый N обозначает независимо нуклеотид; каждый B обозначает концевой кэп-фрагмент, который может присутствовать или отсутствовать; (N) обозначает не спаренные по основаниям или выступающие нуклеотиды, которые могут быть не модифицированы или могут быть химически модифицированы; [N] обозначает нуклеотидные положения, которые представлены рибонуклеотидами; X1 и X2 обозначают независимо целые числа от примерно 0 до примерно 4; X3 обозначает целое число от примерно 9 до примерно 30; Х4 обозначает целое число от примерно 11 до примерно 30, при условии, что сумма Х4 и Х5 составляет примерно 17-36; X5 обозначает целое число от примерно 1 до примерно 6; и !
