1. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой отношение толщины центрального слоя, по сравнению с толщиной бумаги или картона, находится в пределах между 1:50 и 1:1,1. ! 3. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой масса на единицу площади бумаги находится в пределах от 59 до 410 г/м2, а масса на единицу площади каждого из верхнего и нижнего слоев покрытия находится в пределах от 2 до 10 г/м2. ! 4. Claims (32)
1. Бумага или картон, имеющая улучшенную пухлость и жесткость, содержащая:
трехслойную, образующую единое полотно двутавровую структуру, имеющую верхний слой, центральный слой и нижний слой, в которой центральный слой представляет собой целлюлозный сердцевинный слой, а верхний и нижний слои представляют собой слои покрытия на основе крахмала, которые покрывают верхнюю и нижнюю поверхности центрального слоя c минимальным проникновением в центральный слой, и
наполнитель, проникающий в центральный слой.
2. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой отношение толщины центрального слоя, по сравнению с толщиной бумаги или картона, находится в пределах между 1:50 и 1:1,1.
3. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой масса на единицу площади бумаги находится в пределах от 59 до 410 г/м2, а масса на единицу площади каждого из верхнего и нижнего слоев покрытия находится в пределах от 2 до 10 г/м2.
4. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой наполнитель выполнен из полимерного материала в форме микросфер.

8. Бумага или картон по п.7, в которой центральный слой дополнительно содержит удерживающий агент.
9. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой центральный слой дополнительно содержит добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из наполнителей, поверхностно-активных веществ, склеивающих агентов или их сочетаний.

Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой крахмал выбирается из группы, состоящей из гидроксиэтилированного крахмала, окисленного крахмала, катионно модифицированного или ферментативно преобразованного крахмала из любого обычно используемого источника крахмала, например из картофеля, кукурузы, пшеницы, риса или тапиоки.
11. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой верхний и нижний слои дополнительно содержат агент для поперечной сшивки.
12. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой верхний и нижний слои дополнительно содержат модификатор вязкости.

15. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой верхний и нижний слои образованы покрытием раствора крахмала с содержанием твердых продуктов от 12 до 20 мас.%.
16. Бумага или картон по п.1, в которой верхний и нижний слои образованы покрытием раствора крахмала с содержанием твердых продуктов от 12 до 18 мас.%.
17. Бумага или картон, имеющая улучшенную пухлость и жесткость, содержащая:
трехслойную, образующую единое полотно двутавровую структуру, имеющую верхний слой, центральный слой и нижний слой, в котором центральный слой представляет собой целлюлозный сердцевинный слой, и верхний и нижний слои представляют собой слои покрытия на основе крахмала, которые покрывают верхнюю и нижнюю поверхность центрального слоя, масса покрытия на основе крахмала каждого из верхнего и нижнего слоев покрытия находится в пределах от 2 до 10 г/м2, и
наполнитель, проникающий в целлюлозный сердцевинный слой.
18. Способ для изготовления бумаги или картона, включающий в себя стадии:
a) создания композиции, содержащей целлюлозные волокна и наполнитель,
b) формирования волокнистого полотна из композиции для изготовления бумаги,
c) обработки полотна c помощью раствора на основе крахмала с формированием верхнего и нижнего слоев покрытия с высокой прочностью на верхней и нижней сторонах волокнистого полотна, и
d) сушки обработанного волокнистого полотна с формированием трехслойного, образующего единое полотно материала, имеющего двутавровую структуру.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором отношение толщины волокнистого полотна, по сравнению с толщиной бумаги или картона, находится в пределах между 1:50 и 1:1,1.
20. Способ по п.18, в котором масса на единицу площади бумаги находится в пределах между 59 и 410 г/м2, а масса на единицу площади каждого из верхнего и нижнего слоев покрытия находится в пределах между 2 и 10 г/м2.
21. Способ по п.18, в котором уровень крахмала из верхнего и нижнего слоев покрытия в волокнистом полотне является незначительным.
22. Способ по п.18, в котором верхний и нижний слои покрытия имеют содержание твердых продуктов в крахмале, меньшее, чем 20 мас.%.
23. Способ по п.18, в котором для обработки используют устройство для дозированного проклеивания.
24. Способ по п.18, в котором наполнитель представляет собой продукт на основе диамидной соли.
25. Способ по п.18, в котором композиция дополнительно содержит добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из: наполнителей, поверхностно-активных веществ или их сочетаний.
26. Способ по п.18, в котором крахмал выбирается из группы, состоящей из: гидроксиэтилированного крахмала, окисленного крахмала, катионно модифицированного или ферментативно преобразованного крахмала из любого обычно используемого источника крахмала, например из картофеля, кукурузы, пшеницы, риса или тапиоки.
27. Способ по п.18, в котором раствор для проклеивания дополнительно содержит добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из: поливиниловых спиртов, аммоний цирконий карбоната, боратных химикатов, глиоксаля, меламинформальдегида, измельченных и преципитированных карбонатов кальция, глин, талька, TiO2 и окиси кремния или их сочетаний.
28. Способ по п.18, в котором раствор крахмала, для раствора на основе крахмала высокой прочности, предварительно варят вместе c боратным химикатом перед обработкой посредством проклеивания.
29. Способ по п.18, в котором используют наполнитель из полимерного материала в форме микросфер.
30. Способ по п.18, в котором используют наполнитель из полимерного материала в форме микросфер, выбранного из группы, состоящей из метилметакрилата, орто-хлоростирола, полиорто-хлоростирола, поливинилбензилхлорида, акрилонитрила, винилиденхлорида, пара-трет-бутилстирола, винилацетата, бутилакрилата, стирола, метакриловой кислоты, винилбензилхлорида и сочетания из двух или более из указанных выше.
31. Способ по п.18, в котором используют раствор на основе крахмала с содержанием твердых продуктов от 12 до 20 мас.%.
32. Способ по п.18, в котором используют раствор на основе крахмала с содержанием твердых продуктов от 12 до 18 мас.%.
