Способ лечения и профилактики эндометритов у коров, включающий внутриматочное введение лекарственных препаратов, тривита, отличающийся тем, что предварительно готовят лекарственную смесь из 2% масленого раствора хлорофиллипта и масленого витаминного препарата тривита в соотношении 1:1 соответственно, затем смесь в количестве 10-20 мл на голову вводят внутриматочно 2-3 раза с интервалом 48 ч.
