Способ получения ванадийсодержащих сплавов и лигатур, включающий подготовку шихты, непрерывную подачу ее в окислительную зону печи, расплавление смесью углеродосодержащего материала в кислородосодержащем дутье, взятых в соотношении, обеспечивающем полное сгорание углерода в окислительной зоне, получение шлакового расплава, восстановление его оксидов в восстановительной зоне, отличающийся тем, что в окислительной зоне проводят отделение металла от шлакового расплава с периодическим или непрерывным выпуском его из печи, окончательное восстановление оксидов ванадия из расплава проводят в восстановительной зоне введением в расплав кремнийсодержащего сплава, взятого в количестве на 2-50% больше стехиометрически необходимого на восстановление оксидов ванадия и железа, при этом допускается иметь в кремнийсодержащем сплаве алюминий в количестве 2-15%.
