Claims (20)
1. Изоляционный слоистый материал, содержащий
по меньшей мере один слой функциональной ткани;
слой микропористой мембраны с высокой воздухопроницаемостью, имеющий сеть пор,
воздухопроницаемый водоотталкивающий изоляционный слой;
причем функциональная ткань, слой микропористой мембраны и изоляционный слой соединены друг с другом путем ламинирования с образованием водонепроницаемой, воздухопроницаемой изоляционной ткани.
2. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один из по меньшей мере одного слоя функциональной ткани представляет собой водостойкую ткань.
3. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.2, в котором слой функциональной ткани покрыт искусственной кожей.
4. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, дополнительно содержащий второй слой функциональной ткани.
5. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.4, в котором вторая функциональная ткань соединена путем ламинирования с изоляционным слоем со стороны, где нет мембраны.
6. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, в котором размер пор в сети пор определяется растяжением микропористой мембраны.
7. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, который пропускает водяной пар и не пропускает воду.
8. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, в котором водоотталкивающая изоляция с высокой воздухопроницаемостью представляет собой нетканый материал и содержит волокна, выбранные из группы, включающей микроволокна, макроволокна, натуральные волокна и их смеси.
9. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, в котором водоотталкивающая изоляция с высокой воздухопроницаемостью представляет собой тканый материал и включает волокна, выбранные из группы, включающей микроволокна, макроволокна, натуральные волокна и их смеси.
10. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, в котором водоотталкивающий изоляционный слой с высокой воздухопроницаемостью имеет когезионную волокнистую структуру, содержащую:
(а) 70-95 вес.% спряденных и тянутых синтетических полимерных микроволокон с диаметром 3-12 мкм и
(б) 5-30 вес.% синтетических полимерных макроволокон с диаметром 12-50 мкм.
11. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, в котором воздухопроницаемый водоотталкивающий изоляционный слой выполнен в виде прочеса с гладкой поверхностью, пригодной для осуществления ламинирования.
12. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.11, в котором гладкая поверхность получена по меньшей мере одним из процессов, выбранных из группы, включающей каландрирование с помощью инфракрасного нагрева, каландрирование с помощью горячей плиты, использование нагретых валков, нанесение покрытия из смолы и/или обработку горячим воздухом в печи.
13. Изоляционный слоистый материал по п.1, в котором функциональная ткань выбрана из группы, состоящей из ворсистых, тканых и нетканых тканей.
14. Способ изготовления водонепроницаемого изоляционного слоистого материала, включающий следующие операции:
обеспечение наличия первого слоя функциональной ткани,
обеспечение наличия второго слоя микропористой мембраны,
обеспечение наличия третьего слоя воздухопроницаемой водоотталкивающей изоляции,
соединение первого слоя со вторым слоем и
соединение второго слоя с третьим слоем.
15. Способ по п.14, дополнительно включающий операцию образования третьего слоя в виде прочеса.
16. Способ по п.15, дополнительно включающий операцию образования гладкой поверхности на указанном прочесе.
17. Способ по п.14, в котором соединение первого и второго слоев осуществляют путем ламинирования.
18. Способ по п.14, в котором соединение второго и третьего слоев осуществляют путем ламинирования.
19. Способ по п.14, дополнительно включающий операцию обеспечения наличия второго слоя функциональной ткани.
20. Способ по п.17, в котором второй слой функциональной ткани прикреплен путем ламинирования к изоляционному слою.
