Способ получения силикатного кирпича, включающий процессы дозирования и измельчения компонентов вяжущего, смешения его с заполнителем, увлажнения и гашения смеси, прессования сырца и автоклавной обработки, отличающийся тем, что в процессе измельчения известково-кремнеземистого вяжущего в шаровую мельницу подают воду с температурой до 120oС или одновременно воду и водяной пар в количестве, достаточном для гидратации оксида кальция в извести на 70-100%, затем вяжущее и заполнитель, а также дополнительную воду, дозируют и подают одновременно в стержневую мельницу, в которой компоненты смешивают, догашивают известь, активизируют заполнитель и увлажняют смесь до формовочной влажности 4-10%, при этом сырьевую смесь обрабатывают в стержневой мельнице с удельными энергозатратами 7-16 кДж на один кг сухой смеси.1.
