Abstract

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: droppings are stored for 3-4 h for uniformity of the content of moisture, then they are exposed to heat treatment in counterflow with heat carrier in three sequential stages. The first stage is 25-30 min at 90-100 C. the second stage is 5-7 min at 270 C, and the third stage is 20- 25 min at 650-700 C. At the second stage the droppings are chopped. EFFECT: higher feed quality; higher biological activity of fertilizer. 1 tbl

Description

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the processing of bird droppings for feed and fertilizer.

The aim of the invention is to increase the yield and quality of the finished product.

The method is illustrated by the following example.

П р и м е р. PRI me R. Raw litter collected in the conditions of poultry enterprises is leveled in humidity by keeping it in a container for 3 hours (experiment 1), 4 hours (experiment 2). Aged litter is fed to a dryer, for example, a drum type, where they are processed in three stages. A gaseous coolant is directed towards the stream of bird droppings. During the heat treatment at each stage, the temperature of the coolant is gradually increased. In the first step the temperature is maintained for 25 min (Experiment 1), 30 min (Experiment 2) at 80 ° C (Experiment 1), 100 ° C (test 2); in the second stage for 5 min (experiment 1), 7 min (experiment 2) up to 270 ° C (experiment 1 and 2), and in the third stage for 20 min (experiment 1), 25 min (experiment 2) up to 650 о C (experiment 1), 700 ° C (experiment 2). Simultaneously with the heat treatment, in the second stage, the dried bird droppings are crushed to a particle size of 3-5 mm.

The research results are presented in the table.

From the table it follows that poultry manure processed by the proposed method is of higher quality due to the increased content of mineral elements and reduced losses of carat-containing raw materials.

Experiments have established the following. When fattening gobies for meat, 25% of the daily diet was replaced by dry bird droppings obtained by the present method. This made it possible to save 198 kg of concentrates per experimental animal during the growing period. The introduction of SPP in the diet in the specified amount does not affect the taste of meat, its chemical composition and ensures the profitability of beef production. Growing them cost 53 rubles. cheaper than in the control group (prototype).

The introduction of SPP under crops contributes to a decrease in soil acidity, an increase in stocks of mobile forms of phosphorus and potassium, an improvement in the physical properties of the soil, and an increase in its biological activity.
