Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor imidazolipropionitrili cu formula generala I: în care R reprezinta un radical fenil eventual substituit, o data sau de mai multe ori, cu acelasi halogen diferiti, alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon alcoxi cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, alchiltio cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, trifluormetil sau cu grupa nitro si R1 reprezinta alchil 1...10 atomi de carbon, alchenil cu 3...8 atomi de carbon, alchinil cu 3...8 atomi de carbon sau un radical fenilalchil eventual substituit o data sau de mai multe ori, cu acelasi halogen sau halogeni diferiti, alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, alchiltio cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, trifluormetil sau grupe nitro. Procedeul consta în aceea ca, compusi cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care R1 si R au semnificatia de mai sus si Y reprezinta halogen, sau eventual radicalul arilsulfoniloxi sau radicalul arilsulfoniloxi halogenat în catena laterala, reactioneaza cu imidazolul, rectia avînd loc în dimetilformamida la 140 degree C în mediu anhidru, eventual în prezenta unei baze.
