Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania doustnego filmu zawierającego kannabidiol o nanometrycznym rozmiarze cząstki, charakteryzujący się tym, że przygotowuje się roztwór wodny żelatyny albo gumy guar o stężeniu od 10 do 15% oraz roztwór izolatu kannabidiolu w propanodiolu albo w glikolu polietylenowym w stosunku masowym izolatu kannabidiolu do propanodiolu albo glikolu polietylenowego 1:1, po czym do roztworu żelatyny albo gumy guar dodaje się roztwór izolatu kannabidiolu przy stosunku masowym od 1:1 do 1,5:1, a następnie całość poddaje się działaniu ultradźwięków przez 5 do 15 min celem zdyspergowania, po czym gotową mieszaninę przenosi się do formy i pozostawia do zestalenia w temperaturze niższej albo równej 5°C.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining an oral film containing cannabidiol with a nanometric particle size, characterized by preparing an aqueous solution of gelatin or guar gum with a concentration of 10 to 15% and a solution of cannabidiol isolate in propanediol or polyethylene glycol in a mass ratio of cannabidiol isolate to propanediol or polyethylene glycol 1:1, then a solution of cannabidiol isolate is added to the gelatin or guar gum solution with a mass ratio of 1:1 to 1.5:1, and then the whole is subjected to ultrasound for 5 to 15 minutes to disperse, after which the finished mixture is transferred to a mold and allowed to solidify at a temperature of less than or equal to 5°C.
