Abstract
Sposób odseparowania metali obecnych w pyłach pochodzących z elektrycznych pieców łukowych, w szczególności cynku i ołowiu od żelaza charakteryzuje się tym, że pyły pochodzące z elektrycznych pieców łukowych miesza się z tworzywami sztucznymi, korzystnie ich odpadami, zawierającymi bromoorganiczny związek zmniejszający palność tetrabromobisfenol A w proporcjach wagowych od 1 : 3 do 1 : 9 i uzyskaną mieszaninę poddaje się izotermicznemu ogrzewaniu przez co najmniej 40 minut w temperaturze 550° - 650° C warunkach utleniających zbliżonych do atmosferycznych, poddając w trakcie termicznej obróbki procesom degradacji tworzywa sztuczne i związek zmniejszający palność z wydzieleniem gazowego HBr, przereagowaniu HBr z tlenkami metali obecnych w pyłach zwłaszcza cynku, ołowiu oraz odparowaniu lotnych bromków metali głównie cynku, ołowiu i ich odseparowaniu od pozostałości stałej bogatej w żelazo.The method of separating metals present in dust from electric arc furnaces, in particular zinc and lead from iron, is characterized by the fact that dust from electric arc furnaces is mixed with plastics, preferably their wastes, containing an organomomic bromine flame retardant compound tetrabromobisphenol A in weight proportions from 1: 3 to 1: 9 and the resulting mixture is subjected to isothermal heating for at least 40 minutes at 550 ° - 650 ° C oxidizing conditions close to atmospheric, subjecting during thermal treatment degradation processes to plastics and a flame retardant compound with gas evolution HBr, reacting HBr with metal oxides present in dust, especially zinc, lead and evaporation of volatile metal bromides, mainly zinc, lead and their separation from iron-rich solid residue.
