Abstract
Способ подогрева металлического скрапа, предусматривающего использование контура рециркуляции газов, забираемых из верхней части камеры подогрева скрапа с помощью дымососа рециркуляции, причем часть газов рециркуляции с помощью дымососа отходящих газов выводится к дымовой трубе и далее в атмосферу, отличающийся тем, что в нем предусмотрено: приготовление теплоносителя, вводимого вместе с газами рециркуляции в нижнюю часть камеры подогрева скрапа и получаемого сжиганием природного газа с окислителем, причем окислитель получается смешением части газов рециркуляции с кислородом; отбор части рециркуляционных газов, предназначенной на выброс, с выхода теплогенератора, где они имеют высокую температуру, достаточную для разложения диоксинов; последующую выдержку части рециркуляционных газов, предназначенной на выброс, при высокой температуре; «закалку» отходящих газов впрыскиваемой водой с быстрым охлаждением газов до температуры, исключающей повторный синтез диоксинов; теплообмен «закаленных» отходящих газов с кислородом, подающимся на смешение с частью газов рециркуляции для приготовления окислителя.A method of heating a metal scrap, involving the use of a recirculation circuit for gases taken from the upper part of the scrap heating chamber using a recirculation smoke exhauster, with some of the recirculation gases using an exhaust gas exhaust exhauster being discharged to the chimney and further to the atmosphere, characterized in that it provides for: the coolant introduced together with the recirculation gases to the bottom of the scrap heating chamber and obtained by burning natural gas with an oxidizing agent, the oxidizing agent being obtained by mixing mixing some of the recirculation gases with oxygen; the selection of part of the recirculation gases intended for emission from the outlet of the heat generator, where they have a high temperature sufficient to decompose dioxins; subsequent exposure of part of the recirculation gases intended for emission at high temperature; "Hardening" of the exhaust gases by injected water with rapid cooling of the gases to a temperature that excludes the repeated synthesis of dioxins; heat exchange of “quenched” exhaust gases with oxygen fed into mixing with part of the recirculation gases to prepare the oxidizing agent.
