Abstract
Способ дополнительного подогрева скрапа и сухого охлаждения, очистки и удаления отходящих газов электродуговых сталеплавильных печей, включающий подогреватель скрапа отходящими газами печи, предварительный подогрев скрапа отходящими газами в промежуточных бункерах, теплообменник, охлаждающий отходящий горячий газ очищенным в фильтре охлажденным газом, дроссельный регулятор, обеспечивающий понижение температуры газа до допустимого уровня перед рукавным фильтром путем смешивания с холодным атмосферным воздухом, возврат очищенного дымового газа из фильтра в теплообменник для нагрева и превращения содержащегося в нем насыщенного пара в сухой пар, дымосос и трубу для удаления газа, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения производительности печи, уменьшения удельного энергопотребления и повышения качества очистки газа, а также повышения надежности работы газоочистного оборудования и сокращении затрат на обслуживание его и ремонт, применяется ! предварительный подогрев скрапа и охлаждение отходящего газа в промежуточных бункерах отходящими газами печи, прошедшими основной подогреватель скрапа, ! возврат охлажденного и очищенного в фильтре газа в теплообменник для охлаждения отходящего от бункеров газа, а также одновременно для нагрева и превращения содержащегося в нем насыщенного пара в сухой пар, не образующий с пылью липкую грязь, создающую вибрацию ротора дымососа.The method of additional heating of scrap and dry cooling, cleaning and removal of exhaust gases from electric arc steelmaking furnaces, comprising a heater of exhaust scrap from the furnace, preliminary heating of the scrap by exhaust gases in the intermediate bins, a heat exchanger cooling the exhaust hot gas with the cooled gas purified in the filter, a throttle regulator, which ensures lowering gas temperature to an acceptable level in front of the bag filter by mixing with cold atmospheric air, returning purified flue gas from the filter to a heat exchanger for heating and converting the saturated steam contained therein to dry steam, a smoke exhauster and a gas removal pipe, characterized in that, in order to increase the productivity of the furnace, reduce specific energy consumption and improve the quality of gas purification, as well as increase reliability the work of gas cleaning equipment and reducing the cost of servicing it and repair, applies! preheating of scrap and cooling of the exhaust gas in the intermediate bunkers with the exhaust gases of the furnace that have passed the main heater of scrap,! return of the gas cooled and purified in the filter to the heat exchanger for cooling the gas leaving the hoppers, and also for heating and converting the saturated steam contained therein into dry steam, which does not form sticky dirt with dust, which creates the vibration of the exhaust fan rotor.
