Abstract

Se divulga una composicion de mezcla de metales que contiene plomo y estano, y que comprende en peso por lo menos 10% de estano y 45% de plomo, por lo menos 90% de estano y plomo juntos, mas plomo que estano, de 1-5000 ppm de cobre, por lo menos 0.42% antimonio y por lo menos 0.0001 %p de azufre, a lo mas 0.1% del total de cromo, manganeso, vanadio, titanio y tungsteno, y a lo mas 0.1% de cada uno de aluminio, niquel, hierro y zinc. Tambien se divulga un proceso que comprende un paso de pre-tratamiento para la produccion de esta composicion de mezcla de metales, seguido por un paso de destilacion al vacio en donde se elimina el plomo por evaporacion y se obtiene una corriente de fondo que comprende por lo menos 0.6%p de plomo.
