Abstract
Se divulga un procedimiento para la produccion de un producto de plomo blando purificado, que comprende a) una primera etapa (200) de destilacion para destilar plomo a partir de una mezcla (6) de soldadura fundida para producir como parte superior una primera corriente (7) de plomo concentrada y como primer producto (8) de la parte inferior una mezcla de estano crudo fundido, y 10 b) una etapa (700) de refinacion de plomo blando para eliminar al menos un contaminante seleccionado de arsenico, estano y/o antimonio desde la primera corriente de plomo concentrada al tratar la corriente a una temperatura de menos de 600°C con una primera base (24) y un primer oxidante (25) mas fuerte que el aire, lo que resulta en la formacion de una tercera espuma (26) sobrenadante que contiene un compuesto de metalato del contaminante, seguido por la separacion de la tercera espuma (26) sobrenadante de la corriente de plomo blando purificado o producto (27), por lo cual la tercera espuma (26) sobrenadante de la etapa (b) contiene a lo sumo 1,0 % en peso de cloro.
