Abstract
En este documento se divulgan compuestos triciclicos de formula (I): o sales farmaceuticamente aceptables de los mismos, donde: B es O o S; X es N o CR1; Z es N o CR3; R1 es H, alquilo-C1-C4, entre otros; R2 es H, haloalquilo-C1-C4, entre otros; R3 es H o alquilo-C1-C4; R4 y R5 son de forma independiente H, alquilo, arilo, entre otros (cada uno se puede sustituir), o forman junto al atomo de N al que estan unidos un anillo heterociclico opcionalmente sustituido; y R6 es H o alquilo-C1-C4; ademas de composiciones farmaceuticas que comprenden dichos compuestos junto a vehiculos farmaceuticamente aceptables, y kits. Tambien se refiere a metodos de preparacion de las composiciones y de tratamiento de trastornos neurologicos y psiquiatricos asociados con el mal funcionamiento del receptor muscarinico de acetilcolina. La presente invencion es util para potenciar el receptor muscarinico de acetilcolina con el objetivo de tratar diversos trastornos neurologicos y psiquiatricos asociados con su mal funcionamiento.
