DICHO PROCESO INCLUYE VARIAS CORRIENTES DE DESPERDICIO PARA LA REMOCION DE POLVO Y AMONIACO DEL GAS EMITIDO DE UNA UNIDAD DE GRANULACION DE UREA QUE COMPRENDE: a) UN GRANULADOR DE UREA; b) UNA ETAPA DE POLVO DE DEPURADOR GRANULADOR; c) UNA ETAPA DE ACIDO DE DEPURADOR GRANULADOR; d) ENFRIADORES DE PRODUCTO; e) UNA ETAPA DE POLVO DEL DEPURADOR ENFRIADOR DE PRODUCTO; f) UNA UNIDAD DE EVAPORACION; Y g) UNA UNIDAD DE CONDENSADOR. POR LO CUAL UNA PRIMERA CORRIENTE DE AIRE FRESCO, QUE CORRE A TRAVES DE UNA PRIMERA SECUENCIA DE ETAPAS DE PROCESO, SE ENVIA EN EL GRANULADOR DE UREA, POR LO CUAL EL AIRE CARGADO DE AMONIACO Y EL POLVO SE RETIRAN DEL GRANULADOR Y SE TRANSPORTAN DENTRO DE UNA ETAPA DE POLVO DE DEPURADOR DE GRANULADOR, SEGUIDO POR UNA ETAPA DE ACIDO DE DEPURADOR GRANULADOR, EN LA QUE LA ETAPA DE AIRE CARGADO CON AMONIACO SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON UN ACIDO EN FASE LIQUIDA Y EL AMONIACO SE DEPURA DE AQUEL AIRE MEDIANTE LA GENERACION DE UNA SAL DE AMONIO. UNA SEGUNDA CORRIENTE DE AIRE FRESCO, QUE CORRE A TRAVES DE UNA SEGUNDA SECUENCIA DE ETAPAS DE PROCESO, QUE SE UTILIZA PARA ENFRIAR EL PRODUCTO SE RETIRA DEL GRANULADOR DE UREA, POR LO CUAL DICHO ENFRIAMIENTO SE LLEVA A CABO EN ENFRIADORES DE PRODUCTO, POR LO CUAL DICHO AIRE SE CALIENTA, Y DESPUES DE ESTO SE TRANSPORTA A UNA ETAPA DE POLVO DEL DEPURADOR ENFRIADOR DE PRODUCTO
