ESTE COMPUESTO ES UN AGENTE QUIMIOTERAPEUTICO QUE PRESENTA MENOR TOXICIDAD Y MAYOR EFICACIA CON RESPECTO A LOS TUMORES RESISTENTES Y NO RESISTENTES AL TAXOL (PACLITAXEL) Y/O DOCETAXEL.
