Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz krāsaino metalurģiju, konkrēti, uz metāliskā titāna un metālisku titāna sakausējumu nepārtrauktas iegūšanas paņēmieniem, veicot titāna tetrahlorīda metāltermisku atjaunošanu, kā arī uz iekārtām metāliskā titāna vai tā sakausējumu iegūšanai. Piedāvātais paņēmiens ietver titāna tetrahlorīda atjaunošanas reakciju ar metālu-reducētāju un iegūtā porainā titāna kausēšanu vienlaicīgi aizsargatmosfērā pretestības elektrokrāsnī ar šķidrā flusa palīdzību. Krāsnī kā sildelements tiek izmantots šķidrais fluss, kurš tiek tajā ieliets vai izkausēts. Iekārta šī paņēmiena veikšanai satur reaktoru, kas ir pretestības elektrokrāsns (1) korpusa veidā, kas veic katalizatora lomu. Uz kristalizācijas aizmetņa (9) veido šķidrā titāna vai tā sakausējumu vannu dzesējamā katalizatorā (2).The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to processes for the continuous extraction of metallic titanium and metallic titanium alloys by metallothermal regeneration of titanium tetrachloride and to installations for the production of metallic titanium or its alloys. The proposed process involves reacting titanium tetrachloride with a metal reducing agent and melting the resulting porous titanium simultaneously in a protective atmosphere in a liquid-resistive furnace. The furnace uses a liquid flux as a heating element which is poured into or melted into it. The apparatus for carrying out this process comprises a reactor in the form of a housing for a resistive electric furnace (1) which acts as a catalyst. The furnace is connected to a vacuum pump and equipped with a usable and non-usable electrode or a combination thereof. On the crystallization plug (9) a bath of liquid titanium or its alloys is formed in a cooling catalyst (2).
