Claims (10)
- 소지철;
상기 소지철 상에 형성된 아연합금도금층; 및
상기 소지철 및 아연합금도금층 사이에 형성된 억제층을 포함하며,
상기 아연합금도금층 표면의 Zn상은 면적분율로 15~90% 포함하고,
상기 억제층 상에 2㎛ 이하의 두께로 형성된 Zn/MgZn2/Al의 3원 합금상 층을 포함하며, 상기 3원 합금상 층은 억제층 표면을 30~90%의 면적비율로 덮고 있는 표면품질 및 내식성이 우수한 아연합금도금강재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아연합금도금층은 Zn상과 MgZn2 상의 라멜라 구조를 포함하고, 상기 Zn상과 MgZn2상의 각각의 폭방향 평균 두께는 1.5㎛ 이하인 표면품질 및 내식성이 우수한 아연합금도금강재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 억제층의 Fe-Al계 금속간 화합물의 결정립 크기는 300㎚ 이하인 표면품질 및 내식성이 우수한 아연합금도금강재.
