Claims (9)
- 충전 및 방전할 수 있는 복수개의 셀이 직렬로 연결되도록 구성되는 배터리 모듈에 있어서,각각의 셀은 시트형 분리기와 함께 시트형 양극 컬렉터 및 시트형 음극 컬렉터를 롤링함으로써 형성되는 평탄-형상의 롤형 전극 본체를 포함하고,서로에 인접한 적어도 2개의 셀은 각각의 셀 내에 포함된 롤형 전극 본체의 평탄 표면이 서로에 대향하고 구속 하중이 셀의 배열 방향으로 롤형 전극 본체에 인가되는 구속된 상태로 보유되도록 배열되고,적어도 2개의 셀의 각각의 셀 내에 포함된 롤형 전극 본체에서, 롤형 전극 본체의 외부측에 위치된 시트형 양극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리 그리고 롤형 전극 본체의 외부측에 위치된 시트형 음극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리가 모두 구속 하중을 실질적으로 수용하는 롤형 전극 본체의 부분 외부측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공간 보유 판이 적어도 2개의 셀의 인접한 셀들 사이에 배치되며, 공간 보유 판은 구속 하중이 셀의 배열 방향으로 대응하는 셀뿐만 아니라 또한 공간 보유 판에 인가되는 구속된 상태로 보유되고,적어도 2개의 셀의 각각의 셀의 롤형 전극 본체에서, 시트형 양극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리 그리고 시트형 음극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리는 모두 공간 보유 판에 의 해 가압될 수 있는 롤형 전극 본체의 부분 외부측에 위치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시트형 양극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리 그리고 시트형 음극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리는 모두 대응하는 롤형 전극 본체의 대향된 평탄 표면 외부측에 위치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 시트형 양극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리 그리고 시트형 음극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리는 모두 롤형 전극 본체의 전방 및 후방 표면으로서의 2개의 평탄 표면들 사이에 형성되는 코너 부분 내에 위치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 셀의 각각의 셀 내에 포함된 롤형 전극 본체에서, 롤형 전극 본체의 외부측에 위치된 시트형 분리기의 후행 모서리가 구속 하중을 실질적으로 수용하는 롤형 전극 본체의 부분 외부측에 위치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 셀의 각각의 셀 내에 포함된 롤형 전극 본체에서, 롤형 전극 본체의 외부 표면에 시트형 양극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리, 시트형 음극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리 그리고 시트형 분리기의 후행 모서리 중 적어도 1개를 고정하는 테이프가 구속 하중을 실질적으로 수용하는 롤형 전극 본체의 부분 외부측에 위치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 셀의 각각의 셀 내에 포함된 롤형 전극 본체에서, 롤형 전극 본체의 중심측 상에 위치된 시트형 양극 컬렉터의 선행 모서리 그리고 롤형 전극 본체의 중심측 상에 위치된 시트형 음극 컬렉터의 선행 모서리가 모두 구속 하중을 실질적으로 수용하는 롤형 전극 본체의 부분 외부측에 위치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 충전 및 방전할 수 있는 복수개의 셀이 직렬로 연결되는 배터리 모듈을 조립하는 방법에 있어서,시트형 분리기와 함께 시트형 양극 컬렉터 및 시트형 음극 컬렉터를 롤링함으로써 형성되는 평탄-형상의 롤형 전극 본체를 각각 갖는 적어도 2개의 셀을 준비하는 단계와,인접한 셀 내에 포함된 롤형 전극 본체의 평탄 표면이 서로에 대향되도록 적어도 2개의 셀을 배열하는 단계 그리고 구속 하중이 셀의 배열 방향으로 롤형 전극 본체에 인가되는 구속된 상태로 셀을 보유하는 단계를 포함하고,셀들 중 적어도 2개의 셀의 각각의 셀 내에 포함된 롤형 전극 본체에서, 롤형 전극 본체의 외부측에 위치된 시트형 양극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리 그리고 롤형 전극 본체의 외부측에 위치된 시트형 음극 컬렉터의 후행 모서리가 모두 구속 하중을 실질적으로 수용하는 롤형 전극 본체의 부분 외부측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈을 조립하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에서 한정된 것과 같은 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
