Abstract
Description
도 1은, 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 비수 전해액 이차 전지의 외형을 모식적으로 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 2는, 도 1에서의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선을 따르는 단면 구조를 모식적으로 나타내는 종단면도이다.
도 3은, 일 실시 형태에 따른 권회 전극체의 구성을 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 4는, 도 3에서의 Ⅳ-Ⅳ선을 따르는 단면 구조를 모식적으로 나타내는 종단면도이며, 일 실시 형태에 따른 권회 전극체의 정부극 간의 일부를 확대하여 모식적으로 나타내는 부분 단면도이다.
도 5는, 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 비수 전해액 이차 전지를 복수 조합한 조전지를 모식적으로 나타내는 사시도이다.
Claims (6)
- 긴 정극(50)과, 긴 부극(60)과, 상기 정부극을 전기적으로 격리하는 긴 세퍼레이터(70)가 적층되어 길이 방향으로 권회된 편평한 권회 전극체(20)와, 비수 전해액을 구비하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지에 있어서,
적어도 상기 세퍼레이터(70)와 상기 정극(50)의 사이, 또는 상기 세퍼레이터(70)와 상기 부극(60)의 사이에 합성 수지로 이루어지는 섬유를 포함하는 섬유층(80)- 상기 섬유층(80)은 상기 섬유를 구성하는 합성 수지 성분으로서 적어도 폴리불화비닐리덴과 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하고,
상기 폴리불화비닐리덴 및 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 평균 분자량이 모두 20만 이상 200만 이하이며,
상기 섬유를 구성하는 합성 수지 성분 중 상기 폴리불화비닐리덴의 함유량이 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 함유량보다도 많고, 또한 당해 PTFE의 함유량이 상기 합성 수지 성분 전체의 45질량% 이하인 것-
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수 전해액 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유를 구성하는 합성 수지 성분 중 상기 폴리불화비닐리덴의 함유량이, 상기 합성 수지 성분 전체의 30질량% 이상 80질량% 이하인, 비수 전해액 이차 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 섬유층(80)의 평균 두께가, 0.5㎛ 이상 6㎛ 이하인, 비수 전해액 이차 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터(70)는 합성 수지제의 기재층(72)과, 당해 기재층의 표면에 형성된 내열성 미립자를 포함하는 내열층(74)을 갖고,
상기 섬유층(80)은 상기 내열층(74)의 표면에 설치되어 있는, 비수 전해액 이차 전지. - 복수의 단전지가 서로 전기적으로 접속되어 이루어지는 조전지이며, 상기 단전지로서 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 비수 전해액 이차 전지(100)를 구비하는, 조전지(200).
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 단전지는, 상기 단전지 내에 구비되는 편평한 권회 전극체의 편평면에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 0.2MPa 이상 10MPa 이하의 구속압이 걸리는 상태에서 구속되어 있는, 조전지.
