Claims (23)
- 물의 존재 하에서 팽윤하는 중심부와 표면상 후경화된 외피를 갖는 중합체 입자로 이루어진 초흡수제 분말로서, 상기 분말이 외피의 표면상 후경화 후 분쇄되지 않은 중합체 입자들의 선별 분획인 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수제 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 선별 분획의 입자 크기 분포가 d50 = 55 내지 100 ㎛ 및 d100 = 100 내지 150 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수제 분말.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합체가 (메트)아크릴레이트 또는 (메트)아크릴 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수제 분말.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 중합체가 소듐 폴리아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수제 분말.
- 직경 10 ㎛ 미만의 초미세 섬유 또는 초미세 필라멘트로 된 직물 부직포의 마감을 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 초흡수제 분말의 용도.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 섬유 또는 필라멘트가 직경 1 ㎛ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 나노섬유 부직포 및 이로 만들어진 제품의 마감을 위한 용도.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 정전기 방적 나노섬유로 만들어진 제품의 마감을 위한 용도.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유 또는 필라멘트가 용융 방적 가능한 열가소성 및 친수성 또는 친수화 중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 섬유 또는 필라멘트가 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 부직포가 위생 제품을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 실금용 제품, 생리대 및 상처용 드레싱의 마감을 위한 용도.
- 친수성 유체의 흡수 및 보유, 하기 유체 중 하나 이상의 흡수 및/또는 서방성 방출을 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 초흡수제로 마감된 나노섬유 부직포의 용도:- 체액,- 인간 및 동물의 땀,- 냉각수, 응축수 및 수증기를 포함한 물,- 농약 및 살충제를 포함한 화학 약품,- 약물, 살생물제, 살균제 및 곰팡이제거제,- 진단약,- 방화 및 소화제,- 세정제,- 수경성 유체,- 가열 및 냉각 유체,- 방사능 오염된 유체를 포함한 오수,- 방향제.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 실금용 제품, 기저귀, 생리대, 상처용 드레싱, 냉습포, 위생 휴지, 화장용 패드 또는 침대 상감(bed inlay) 또는 상기 언급된 제품들의 일부로서 나노섬유 부직포의 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 신발, 의류, 모자, 머리띠, 장갑, 침장 가구, 자동차 시트, 안장, 이불 호청, 침대 커버, 말옷, 운동 용품 또는 운동 장비 중 일부를 위한 땀 흡수용 충전재로서 나노섬유 부직포의 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 손수건, 마루 걸레, 상해 방지 매트, 캠핑 매트, 방수포(tarpaulin), 젖은 천, 건조용 천, 연마용 천, 청소용 천 또는 세탁가능한 가죽 또는 상기 제품들의 일부로서 나노섬유 부직포의 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 바닥재 또는 벽지, 쪽모이세공마루 기초판, 지붕 기초판, 방화 매트, 유출 방지 매트, 습기 찬 방, 텐트, 차량, 탱크 또는 컨테이너의 내장용 매트, 또는 상기 제품들의 일부로서 나노섬유 부직포의 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 여과 장치 소재, 포장재, 피복 재료, 절연재 또는 실링재(sealing material) 또는 상기 제품들의 일부로서 나노섬유 부직포의 용도.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 지오 웹(geo web), 배수 매트, 아그로 웹(agro web) 또는 약물, 화학 약품, 비료 또는 살충제의 서방성 방출을 위한 부직포로서 나노섬유 부직포의 용도.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직포가 직경 10 ㎛ 미 만, 바람직하게는 1 ㎛ 미만의 초미세 섬유 또는 필라멘트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직포가 정전기 방적 나노섬유로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직포의 섬유 또는 필라멘트가 용융 방적 가능한 열가소성 및 친수성 또는 친수화 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 섬유 또는 필라멘트가 폴리우레탄으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
