Claims (17)
- 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 매트릭스(a),주로 코어/쉘 형태를 가지며 용적 평균 입자 크기가 0.1 내지 1.5㎛인 가교결합된 고무 입자로서 분산되어 있는 고무(b) 1.5 내지 8중량%(조성물 중의 전체 디엔 함량을 기준으로 함)(여기서, 모노비닐리덴 방향족 단량체 블럭 15 내지 60중량%를 포함하는 공액 디엔 블럭 공중합체 고무를 포함하는 고무 입자의 40 내지 90용적%의 직경은 0.4㎛ 미만이고 당해 고무 입자의 10 내지 60용적%의 직경은 0.4 내지 2.5㎛이다) 및임의로 광유(c) 0.1 내지 4중량%를 포함하는 고무 개질된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무를 2 내지 6중량% 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무 입자의 70% 이상이 코어/쉘 형태를 가지며 용적 평균 입자 크기가 0.2 내지 1㎛인 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무 입자의 50 내지 80용적%의 직경이 0.4㎛ 미만이고, 고무 입자의 20 내지 50용적%의 직경이 0.4 내지 1.2㎛인 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무가, 조성물 중의 고무(부타디엔)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 공액 디엔 단독중합체 고무 2 내지 25중량%와 공액 디엔 블럭 공중합체 고무를 포함하는 블렌드인 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노비닐리덴 방향족 매트릭스 중합체가 폴리스티렌인 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 고무 입자의 90% 이상이 코어/쉘 형태를 가지며 고무 입자의 용적 평균 입자 크기가 0.2 내지 0.6㎛인 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 따르는 중합체 조성물로부터 제조된, 열성형에 적합한 시트(sheet).
- 제8항에 있어서, 두께가 0.2 내지 4.5mm인 시트.
- 제1항에 따르는 중합체 조성물로부터 제조된 막(film).
- 제10항에 있어서, 전체 두께가 0.012 내지 0.20mm인 막.
- 제1항에 따르는 중합체 조성물로부터 제조된 시트 또는 막으로부터 제조된 개선된 열성형된 제품.
- 제1항에 따르는 수지로부터 제조된 시트 재료를 사용하는 개선된 열성형 공정.
- 제1항에 따르는 수지를 포함하는 가열 시트를 금형 공동의 상부에 위치시키는 단계(a),연화된 시트 재료를 공기 압력 및/또는 진공하에 금형 공동 및/또는 금형 플러그로 스트레칭/연신시켜 몰딩된 제품의 형상을 제공하고, 시트로부터 제품을 절단하는 단계(b),금형으로부터 열성형된 제품을 제거하는 단계(c) 및잔류하는 시트 재료를 제1항에 따르는 중합체의 추가의 양으로 재생시켜 열성형 공정으로 시트 형태로 제공하는 단계(d)를 포함하는, 개선된 열성형 공정.
- 성형 공정에서 중합체 배향도가 높은, 제1항에 따르는 수지로부터 제조된 블랭크, 예비성형물 또는 시트 재료를 사용하는 개선된 성형 공정.
- 제1항에 따르는 중합체 조성물을 사용하는 개선된 압출 취입 몰딩 성형 공정.
- 제15항에 따르는 개선된 사출 스트레칭 취입 몰딩 성형 공정.
