Abstract
La presente es una composicion de polímero aromático de monovinilideno modificado de hule, la cual se puede utilizar en la termoformacion convencional u otros procesos de conformacion o formacion de alta orientacion para producir contenedores u otros materiales de envase duros, de costo eficaz, transparentes. Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion de polímero aromático de monovinilideno modificado de hule, que comprende: a) una matriz de polímero aromático de monovinilideno; b) de 1.5 a 8 por ciento en peso de hule (con base en el contenido de dieno total en la composicion) disperso como partículas de hule degradadas teniendo principalmente una morfología de nucleo/revestimiento y un tamano de partícula promedio de volumen de desde 0.1 a 1.5 micrones; en donde de 40 a 90 por ciento de volumen de las partículas de hule tienen diámetros menores que 0.4 micrones y de 10 a 60 por ciento de volumen de las partículas de hule tienen diámetros entre 0.4 y 2.5 micrones y el hule comprende un hule de copolímero de bloque de dieno conjugado que comprende de 15 a 60 por ciento en peso de bloque de monomero aromático de monovinilideno; y c) opcionalmente de 0.1 a 4 por ciento en peso de aceite mineral.
