Description
Claims (14)
- a) 폴리이소시아네이트를b) 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 반응성인 2 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물과c) 발포제의 존재 하에반응시킴에 의한 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법으로서,여기서,b1) 360∼450 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 수 및 25℃에서 12000 mPa.s 초과의 점도를 가지며 산화에틸렌 및/또는 산화프로필렌을 TDA에 첨가하여 제조할 수 있는 폴리에테르 알콜,b2) 5∼7.5의 작용성 및 380∼480 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 수를 가지며 산화프로필렌을 소르비톨 및/또는 수크로오스에 첨가하여 제조할 수 있는 폴리에테르 알콜b3) 2∼4의 작용성 및 140∼250 mg KOH/g의 히드록실 수를 가지며 산화에틸렌 및 산화프로필렌을 TDA 또는 TDA 이외의 아민에 첨가하거나 산화프로필렌을 2-, 3- 또는 4-작용성 알콜 또는 피마자유 유도체에 첨가하여 제조할 수 있는 폴리에테르 알콜의 혼합물을, 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 반응성인 2 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물 b)로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 b1)은 산화에틸렌 및 산화프로필렌을, 70 중량% 이상의 이웃자리 TDA의 함량을 갖는 TDA에 첨가하여 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 b1)은 폴리에테르 알콜의 중량을 기준으로, 25 중량% 이하의 산화에틸렌 단위의 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 b2)는 0.05 중량% 미만의 유리 수크로오스의 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 b1), b2) 및 b3)의 혼합물은 0.03 중량% 미만의 유리 수크로오스의 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 b1), b2) 및 b3)의 총량을 기준으로 각각의 경우에, 폴리올 b1)은 10∼50 중량%의 양으로 사용하고, 폴리올 b2)는 25∼80 중량%의 양으로 사용하며, 폴리올 b3)는 10∼25 중량%의 양으로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 30∼32 중량%의 NCO 함량 및 25℃에서 2000∼2200 mPa.s의 점도를 갖는 성분 a1)과 30∼32 중량%의 NCO 함량 및 25℃에서 100∼120 mPa.s의 점도를 갖는 성분 a2)의 혼합물을 폴리이소시아네이트로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 a)의 중량을 기준으로 각각의 경우에, 성분 a1)은 22∼28 중량%의 2-환 MDI의 비율, 26∼34 중량%의 3-환 MDI의 비율, 및 5∼11 중량%의 4-환 MDI의 비율을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a2)는 43∼53 중량%의 2-환 MDI의 비율, 20∼26 중량%의 3-환 MDI의 비율, 및 5∼9 중량%의 4-환 MDI의 비율을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, a1) 및 a2)의 혼합물은 25∼38 중량%의 2-환 MDI의 비율 및 25℃에서 250∼1000 mPa.s의 점도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조할 수 있는 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 25∼45 g/ℓ의 범위 내에 발포 밀도를 갖는 것인 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 냉장 기기를 제조하기 위한, 제11항에 따른 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 용도.
- 제11항에 따른 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 사용하여 제조한 냉장 기기.
