Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 발광형 반도체 소자를 갖는 광원과,발광색이 서로 다른 복수의 형광체를 갖고, 상기 광원으로부터의 광에 의해 여기되어 가시광을 발광하는 발광부를 구비하는 발광 장치로서,상기 광원의 바로 위에서 측정한 발광 색도를 (x, y), 상기 발광 장치의 전면 발광 및 측면 누광을 모든 방위에 걸쳐 측정하였을 때의 발광 색도를 (x1, y1)로 하였을 때, 이들 발광 색도의 색차(절대값)의 최대값 (Δx, Δy)가, Δx<0.05 및 Δy<0.05의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광부는 상기 복수의 형광체를 함유하는 수지층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 형광체 중의 1개의 형광체의 평균 입경을 D1(㎛), 비중을 w1(g/㎣), 다른 1개의 형광체의 평균 입경을 D2(㎛), 비중을 w2(g/㎣)로 하였을 때, 상기 복수의 형광체는식 : -0.2<{(D1)2×w1}-{(D2)2×w2}<0.2로 표현되는 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 복수의 형광체는 무기 결합제에 의해 결합·일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 복수의 형광체는, 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체를 포함하고, 또한 상기 청색 발광 형광체, 상기 녹색 발광 형광체 및 상기적색 발광 형광체는 각각의 조합이 상기 식으로 표현되는 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 형광체는 무기 결합제에 의해 결합·일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 형광체는, 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체를 포함하고, 또한 상기 청색 발광 형광체, 상기 녹색 발광 형광체 및 상기 적색 발광 형광체는 무기 결합제에 의해 결합·일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하 는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 형광체는 그들의 혼합물로서의 평균 입경이 7㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광형 반도체 소자는 발광 다이오드 또는 레이저 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광형 반도체 소자는 자외광을 발광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광형 반도체 소자는 360∼420㎚의 범위의 발광 파장을 갖는 발광 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 발광부는 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체 중 에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 형광체를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 발광부는 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 발광부는 상기 청색 발광 형광체, 상기 녹색 발광 형광체 및 상기 적색발광 형광체로부터 발광되는 가시광의 혼색에 의해 백색광을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광 장치는 25℃에서의 발광 색도와 85℃에서의 발광 색도의 색차(Δx, Δy(절대값))가 Δx<0.005, Δy<0.01의 범위 내인 온도 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제1항의 발광 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트.
- 제1항의 발광 장치를 구비하는 백 라이트와,상기 백 라이트의 발광면측에 배치되고, 투과형 또는 반투과형의 액정 표시 부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
