Claims (18)
- 발광 파장이 360 nm 이상 440 nm 이하의 범위인 반도체 발광 소자와,상기 반도체 발광 소자로부터의 광에 의해 여기되어 백색광을 발광하는 발광부이며, 유로퓸 부활 할로인산염 형광체와 유로퓸 부활 알루민산염 형광체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 청색 발광 형광체와, 금 및 알루미늄 부활 황화아연 형광체를 포함하는 녹색 발광 형광체와, 유로퓸 및 사마륨 부활 산황화란탄 형광체와 구리 및 망간 부활 황화아연 형광체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 적색 발광 형광체를 포함하는 발광부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금 및 알루미늄 부활 황화아연 형광체가 하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.<화학식 5>ZnS:Aux, Aly식 중, x 및 y는 0.0002≤x≤0.0015, 0.0001≤y≤0.0012를 만족하는 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로퓸 및 사마륨 부활 산황화란탄 형광체가 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.<화학식 3>(La1 -a-b, Eua, Smb)2O2S식 중, a 및 b는 0.01≤a≤0.15, 0.0001≤b≤0.03을 만족하는 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구리 및 망간 부활 황화아연 형광체가 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.<화학식 4>ZnS:Cuv, Mnw식 중, v 및 w는 0.0002≤v≤0.001, 0.005≤w≤0.014를 만족하는 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광부가, 상기 적색 발광 형광체로서 적어도 상기 유로퓸 및 사마륨 부활 산황화란탄 형광체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광부가, 상기 적색 발광 형광체로서 상기 유로퓸 및 사마륨 부활 산황화란탄 형광체와 상기 구리 및 망간 부활 황화아연 형광체를 모두 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유로퓸 및 사마륨 부활 산황화란탄 형광체와 상기 구리 및 망간 부활 황화아연 형광체의 질량비가 8:2 내지 3:7의 범위인 것을 특징으 로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로퓸 부활 할로인산염 형광체가 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.<화학식 1>(M11 -c, Euc)10(PO4)6ㆍCl2식 중, M1은 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, c는 0.005≤c≤0.03을 만족하는 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로퓸 부활 알루민산염 형광체가 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 형광 램프.<화학식 2>m(M21 -d, Eud)OㆍnAl2O3식 중, M2는 Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba 및 Zn으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, d, m 및 n은 0.05≤d≤0.3, 0<m, 0<n, 0.2≤m/n≤1.5를 만족하는 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광부가, 상기 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체가 분산된 수지층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체가 이들의 혼합물로서의 평균 입경이 7 ㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체가 미리 결합제로 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 청색 발광 형광체, 녹색 발광 형광체 및 적색 발광 형광체가, 일체화 전의 평균 1차 입경이 7 ㎛ 이상이고, 일체화 후의 평균 2차 입경이 10 ㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 발광 소자가 발광 다이오드 또는 레이저 다이오드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 기재된 백색 발광 램프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트.
- 제1항에 기재된 백색 발광 램프를 구비하는 백 라이트와, 상기 백 라이트의 발광면측에 배치된 표시부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 표시부가 투과형 또는 반투과형 액정 표시부를 구비 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 백색 발광 램프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
